Lost shipment
I got an email notice of a pkg being delivered. I did not get it. I contacted Klever and was instructed to look around my house, in the bushes, with neighbors etc. my mail is delivered to a locked cluster box, not to my home. I checked with the post office and they said they never got it or else it would have been delivered. They are saying a good delivery was made so they are not going to refund my money.
Beware of these people, they are as bad or worse than TopHatter before they shut down.
I am removing this app and will never use it again. I recommend you do not install this app or order anything from them!

Customer support is awesome.
You can get merchandise usually at a good price, but, I can’t give 5 stars because some of the merchandise is not as expected. I have purchased a couple of shirts same size that fit totally different ( one too large, the other too small) so I probably won’t buy clothes often. Also purchased a ring that didn’t come as pictured, a bummer cause it’s really cute.
Customer service is really good though, the answered my text quickly and helped me to resolve my issues.
Shipping is usually free, the expected date is usually 6 weeks.

Stop and Read before downloading!!
You can find the exact same items on wish for 4-7x cheaper!! They up sale every item can be found so so so much cheaper in so many different places this is a scam at its finest to get a lot of money seriously don’t believe me go to wish you can 100% find every single item that Klever has except lots and lots aaannndd lots cheaper!!!

Just auctioning junk
I spent an hour looking through auctions. What I found was basically junk. I collect rare coins and the coins they had up for auction were in really poor condition and the auction prices were way over valued. Saw a several 1901 Liberty V nickel in poor condition. Bidding started at $3 which is probably max worth and the poor fools bidding up from there. Many other products look cheaply made. Don’t use this app.

Worse company
This company is the worse place you can order anything from. Shipping is always late or your item just won’t show up. If you are lucky enough to receive your item you purchased you have a 90% chance that it is defective. If you complain to the company they will not resolve the issue. If you don’t receive the item they act like you did receive it and refuse to help you. I’m telling you right now you will have better luck ordering something from Wish or tophatter. At least you know your item will come when they say it will or they will fix it. I really hope Apple store will remove this company from their website so no one else gets ripped off. I spent a lot of money on this site that I am now out. I have plenty of emails to back my claims of how the treat customers.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE SIZE
I just bought a dog blanket. There was a choice of three sizes. One choice was a cute tiny blanket 20x20cm. The second choice was a small blanket 40cm x 60cm. The third choice just said BLANKET. It did not give a size. I chose the third choice. Can you please tell me what size it will be? I bought it for a new puppy. Thank you.

Each time a purchase has been unavailable, the responses from the Klever team has responded quickly. Typically in a text, within the site, notified of product being unavailable. The wording seems to be the same for each response however, there has never been a delayIn recognizing the inability to fulfill her request.

Horrible Service Packages Never Received!
I’m just going to call my bank and have them all canceled this is now my third order that supposedly gets delivered and I never received it. You guys are horrible and every time I message I always get the same answer saying you can’t do anything. If I could give zero starts I would. So I guess one will have to do.

If I have concerns or issues Klever customer service teams always take care of me in a timely matter and always resolve what I need resolved with exceptional service. I’ve never not been unhappy from all costumer service that I’ve received. This is the best costumer service I’ve ever encountered in a life time.
