Keeps crashing
I’m not sure why but it keeps crashing before I can even take a photo, so it’s not usable anymore.

Crashes instantly
iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26.1, and this app just crashes a few seconds after opening.
Not worth it
Unable to scan anything with their stand or the software Big waste from day one

Latest update has sadly ruined this app
iPhone 12 mini here. This app used to work great for previewing rolls before scanning them, but since the latest update the camera is very jittery and the app sadly crashes every 10 seconds or so.
Rip-off
I purchased the scanner to develop a few old negatives I had. Then had to pay for the app, got it on a free trial and forgot to cancel the contract. Cost me 3 months at £30 per month before I realised! Would have been way cheaper and got a better result by sending the negatives for professional development.

Awful
I downloaded the app, but the picture quality is terrible in positive or negative. It looks exactly as it does in real life. The price is also crazy at £9.99 a week or £29.99 a month. I’m cancelling and sending it back.
Crashes
When it is working, it works well. It has a lot of options for manipulating the image. It’s quick and fairly intuitive to use. However, it crashes with some frequency. And once it totally shut down my iPhone.

WORTH IT
I truly thought that this was a scam, but despite needing to get crafty (looking up white screen on youtube and taping my film to a piece of glass) this is really helpful! not like the best quality in the world but if you are in a pinch or have no other options get this now.

I am 75 years old and wanted leave my family copies of all my slides so future generations of my family would have them. I cant afford your scanner unit so i used an old tablet with the white background on and used your software to scan them. Thank you! My hand is a little shaky but i did the best i could to take the snapshots with my iphone. Im sure it would be much better with you little scanner. Most tuned out pretty clear and i know my family will be thrilled. I have hundreds to scan so i can only do a few at a time without the scanner.

Seriously Underwhelmed
I am struggling to understand where the decent reviews came from for this product.
I’ve installed the required app on my iPhone and followed instructions - the resulting images are just awful. I can hardly even recognise the people in them, certainly nothing like the advert claimed.
Nothing more than a teeny plastic light box with a plastic support for your phone to sit on. Just dreadful.

Keeps shouting down
This seems really simple, but when I go to fix sharpness and sometimes other opt ons it just closes and deletes what I was doing..closed everything reset and opened. Still does this
Frustrating experience
Closes itself in the middle of editing. Awful.
Great in theory but buggy
Really like this when it works but has a few weird quirks
1) Will randomly crash when using the adjustment sliders
2) Saves images at a weirdly low resolution (0.9MP when a scan I do via the camera is around 7MP)
3) No black and white function

Cut the work of doing this with the phone itself in half.
It’s possible to scan a negative with an iPhone, but then you’re stuck with a positive that doesn’t save as a positive. The software does this conversion instantly and saves a lot of work. I don’t mean work like in replacing a roof for doing your own plumbing. But it saves a lot of steps. And it works very well.

While adjusting the tools sliders, it crashes. I’ve tried several times and haven’t been able to finish one photo.
