Very rude and condescending customer care operators. Rather than listen to you about your complaints, you would be advised to use another service. No competition so I’m not surprised. Worst customer service experience in the Uk

charged twice

i paid on the app for the journey then the driver had told me that it didn’t go through on the app so he i then paid whilst in the car which i have now been charged £5.80 twice for this one journey so your driver has purposely scammed me which i didn’t realise till later today

The App looks good but it’s pointless

Booked a taxi, nice and easily. However even though the booking was over 24hrs in advance the taxi didn’t show up until 30 minutes late. Avoid!
