Drives you don't log can't be claimed at tax time. Klomio is a private mileage tracker that can log your drives automatically, with no hardware tag, no account, and no cloud sync. Every trip is captured and encrypted on your device. WHAT KLOMIO DOES • Turn on auto-detect and Klomio logs drives by itself, from departure to arrival, even when the app is not open. • Auto-detected trips land in a review inbox. Approve with one tap, or let trusted routes file your regular drives for you. • Prefer to start trips yourself? Tap a saved place or search any address. Klomio opens your navigation app, tracks the drive, and saves the trip when you arrive. • Klomio handles round trips. Log the outbound, drive home, and the return leg merges into a single round-trip record. • Export a monthly PDF or CSV for your accountant, or generate an annual tax report covering every business drive of the year, ready to attach to a filing. AUTOMATIC TRIP DETECTION • Uses iOS location services, so detection works even when the app is not running. • Departure points anchor to where the car was actually parked, not where the app woke up. • Stops at your saved places are recognised shortly after you park. • You stay in control. Auto-detect stays off until you turn it on, every detected trip is reviewable, and you can switch it off again anytime. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your trip data is encrypted with AES-256 on your device and stays on your phone. The only things that leave are the address lookups described below. • No account. No sign-up. No cloud sync. No analytics. No tracking SDKs. • Address search runs through Google Maps Places, which Google operates under their privacy policy. Klomio's developers do not log or retain the queries you type. Reverse geocoding for trip endpoints uses Nominatim (OpenStreetMap). • Your backup file is encrypted with the same AES-256 protection as your trips, saved to a location you choose, and never sent anywhere. REPORTS • Monthly PDF reports with your full trip log, total distance and claim, and a breakdown by trip type and vehicle. • A CSV export that puts every field in its own column for spreadsheet work. • An annual tax report with by-month, by-type, and by-vehicle summaries, the full trip log, and a signed declaration line. • Every report carries the fields a business mileage claim needs in most jurisdictions, from date and distance to route, purpose, and vehicle.
