Since the last update I have not been getting any rewards upon completion of Travel man’s list. Why is this happening?
Nothing like the ads
Downloaded to play as I really enjoyed playing the ads but nothing like the ads at all it’s totally different!

The game I installed has different farms that you can do different things I caught you see when you look up the game but when I go to my game, it’s not at all what my game is. I want a simulation of the game that there’s pictures in this app. That’s what I’m trying to download, but that’s not what actually gets downloaded. It’s a very disappointing because that’s the game that I wanna play. I only gave it a five star so that it would get noticed.

Watch out for reoccurring subscriptions
I love this game, but I don't like finding out that I was signed up for a reoccurring subscription that I was not aware of. I just realized I've been signed up for nearly 3 months for a $5.99 subscription that I was not aware of and don't remember purchasing.
Nothing like the ads
I downloaded this based on ads for it I had seen, but the actual game is nothing like the ads. I really don’t understand why games do this, either advertise your game or make the game you advertise so frustrating

I rate 5 star however more energy bundles for free as I spend a lot on energy :)
Too hard and items take far too long to grow to make things to continue on.
Started playing this game to earn keys for a different game and I quite enjoy this game but now losing interest after getting to level 12 as it’s just too hard to play for longer than 5-10 mind as everything takes way too long to make (eg 20-30 mins minimum and it takes hours to grow just 4 items) which makes it almost impossible to earn coins to buy the factory’s/buildings needed and then energy needed to work ur way through the levels is just too high and you have to wait forever for it to respawn.
Game has potential but yeah it’s just way too hard/long for things to grow so I’m losing interest in it. Shame.

Disappointed
Spent quite a bit of money on playing this game, until I received a notice saying, “ It will start sharing my personal information and data with (18) other vendors. I don’t mind spending money on games, especially if I enjoy it. But I WILL NOT share my personal info with anyone. It wouldn’t allow me to exit out WITHOUT consent, so the best thing I decided was to uninstall the game. Will spend my money on something else without that kind of hassle.

Pretty good👍
This game is pretty fun but you run out of energy pretty fast and please take into consideration, this game is NOTHING like the ads or how it looks like on the apps icon. The game is fun just not what I expected. Once you run out of energy it’s pretty hard to get it back without paying for it. But overall it’s a pretty good game and it’s pretty fun. There are also mini games that are very fun but make it a little bit easier to get energy for the people who don’t pay.

Energy and side games
When it comes to side games, (most recently played, Big World) uses too much energy, and even though we can get energy from golden animal statues, it still isn't enough. They only produce so much at a time.
With the length of the side game, it needs to be longer. Make it 30 or 100 days and instead of using energy to collect items, collect items in exchange for energy and gems. Only use energy where it counts- trade company, the Paul & Kate Chronicles, and for getting through hallways, doors, (etc) where it matters, not collecting every item 4-6+ times. I couldn't even complete the side game even though I played consistently and refilled/produced my energy.

Pass prices are extortionate
The price and the length of the passes are too expensive and short why can’t we have a monthly pass thay actually isn’t hard to obtain once you’ve purchased. The one time I bought the pass I felt like I didn’t have enough time to unlock all the rewards and I play daily
Used to be a fun game, not anymore
I have been very unhappy with the latest updates. Being forced to play lands I’m not interested in to unlock ones I am is not enjoyable. I don’t know why this is happening again when players didn’t like it the first time it was tested. Also the Energy bursts have completely disappeared and I looked forward to those, waking up excited to play every day. It’s has such a negative impact on game play that I didn’t make my usual in-game purchase last week when the deal I love was active. Seems strange they would turn off the one feature that causes me to spend money. The game has gotten very boring now that the funnest and most motivating aspects have been removed and I finally deleted the app today after being a loyal daily player for almost two years. I didn’t mind the energy requirements and always appreciated the devs hard work and beautiful art and stories but the new changes have been very disappointing. Hopefully things change, but for now I will find other games to invest in. 8192-XH22

Very creepy Ad
Whoever is in charge of the ads for this game must indeed be incredibly fired. Starts off cute with a girl at a counter then bam! She’s got teeth, a freaking broom, and she’s screaming this howlers nightmare while smacking the counter with the broom! Then turns to a scene in the snow of someone dead on the floor while she’s crying before they both begin to float upwards and start distorting their right sides as if to stretch them both far and wide! Marketing for your brand is critical for brand reputation and awareness, but that? That was something else entirely! 😨😬🫣 The game is otherwise a lot of fun and I don’t get a whole lot of ads!

Update fail
The update that was just pushed has it stuck and it won’t download the rest of the way and the App Store says that it’s downloaded
Test groups
Terrible game changes mean that certain players are put into test groups (i am one of those players). These players dont get the same access to events and we lose our energy boosts. Any attempt to talk to support gets you fobbed off with them hiding behind NDAs.
Dont bother downloading the game its turned what was a good game into a total money grab.

My opinion of Klondike
The game is fun and I’ve been playing for years. My only complaint is all of the objects and goals take a lot more energy now than it used to.
