This app does not work I paid $40 for it and got weak responses from the “customer support” saying they fixed the issue of us not connecting , when in fact was not fixed . Did not help my relationship put quite a bit of strain actually unnecessarily. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $

My husband and I paid $120 and were never able to connect through the app. Don’t do it
Scam
I signed up via a instagram ad. They charged me $60 and never sent a log in or anything. I found a customer service email and have been emailing them for weeks. Someone named Mark replied and offered to give me a login after I requested a refund. I kindly refused the log in and haven’t heard from them since. I continued emailing and no response. Total scam.

Financial Issues
I paid $59.99 for a life time membership. When I downloaded the app it wants me to pay a weekly membership fee. If I paid for a lifetime membership why do you want me to pay weekly fee?
Stay far away from this app!! Zero customer support. I tried to use the chat method in the app to communicate with the company and received the following message “We are not online. We will email you back” This message was up ALL DAY!!!! And guess what, NOBODY emailed me back! I want my money back!!!

Oops
We really like the app, and the concept behind it. But all the courses are not able to access, we paid for subscription, and all course are saying: “Oops, we are sorry, but we couldn’t load the lessons, please try again. “
All the history gone with this update
My fiance and I were LOVING this app, having weekly in person check ins about our answers etc. we both updated the app yesterday and now all the history is gone. The quizzes, love jars, reflections, convos. We lost everything we’ve been working on. So disappointing

App is glitchy, no support
Not only is the app glitchy (my husband and I did the check in twice and it still won't mark it off on the home screen) but customer support is not existent. Tried to fill out customer support ticket several times and from different browsers but after you hit submit it says you have been restricted from the helpdesk page.

Still charged card after canceling within 7 day free trial
I downloaded the app but after reviewing it I decided to cancel my subscription the very next day. When the 7 day free trial ended sure enough they charge my card.
Helping keep a healthy relationship
My husband and I are using this app to help keep improving on our relationship. So far this app has helped us understand our love languages and to see where the other person is in different parts of our relationship. We’ve only been using the app for a little while but so far we love it.

My partners app doesn’t work
My partners app, same phone and update goes black when he opens it, unable to do anything in the app. He’s reached out to tech support to fix it but hasn’t heard anything back in days.

The little quizzes to compare each other answers are cool. However, we can’t see each other’s answers for the daily kuddl. Whenever we tried to submit a ticket to report the problem, it says the page is restricted for us :/

Why is one of the daily exercises to rate you??? Kind of annoyed also annoyed with the fact that you can’t see your parents answer to quizzes. Isn’t the whole point of this app to help eachother connect?
