App sucks
The app does not work all I want to do is see my statement and here I am having to wait for it to just be sent by email which can be done in a few seconds if someone can just do it. Also I want to see and read my contract again because numbers are not adding up but I can’t.
App is horrible
The app never works, it never saves my payment method and now I’m overdue without even knowing. This has happened multiple times.

Don’t waste your money
Klub is a nice gym overall but the workers at night are always acting annoyed and don’t do their job right and expect for the Asian dude. Also everytime I tried to cancel my membership they told me I could only do it during the day so I wasted my time and drove up there just to find out I can’t. When they could’ve just told me on my phone. This gym wasted my life and money
