Would love to write a review since hearing about this app is the only reason I splurged and bought an Iwatch. However now that I have the watch I find out this app is only for certain people who have some type of license to register. What a crock! Could have saved a lot of money if it was only advertised or explained that this is a closed app only for certain people.

Makes me a more mindful eater!
This app is great to help me think about my eating habits including how fast I am eating, when I should listen to my body for fullness signals and to stay hydrated. Great app and would recommend to anyone that wants to improve their dining habits.
