Low user friendliness
The main website should clearly state that “Rewards” is only available via the Rewards App. Currently only states that Rewards has been improved with the launch of the app.
Once you have emailed and contacted Rewards the information on the app is difficult to track. Virtually impossible to tell which flight relates to which Reward points.
Needs a critical review, but too much to expect of Malta Airlines.

Don’t bother
It has no information. I suddenly lost all my points without a reason why. No idea what the extra tiers give you. Waste of time.

No point to the program if you cannot redeem your points yourself
To contact the rewards team to see what ‘offers’ you could get is cumbersome. You are not able to compare in real time if you are getting a discount against the website/app prices. 👎
Then to avail of these offers it is not clear how they are loaded. It seems like you have to share your card details online with a representative which is not secure. Having pressure and only a little time to decide if you want to avail of them.
