Functions terribly
The number of times you are required to log in to set up an account is ridiculous. Couldn’t get it to work after trying multiple times. How is that something that should be simple is this disfunctional?
Connection times out constantly
This app would be fine if not for the fact that it takes forever to load and frequently results in an error screen saying there’s no internet available, at which point I need to restart the app. It makes the app borderline unusable.
Terrible
App always glitches. Won’t let you log in, always logs you out, deletes what’s in your cart
Issues with app
I went to Kmart today and the app wouldn’t let me select instant prints, I had to do it all over again via bluetooth.
This made me very angry
This app annoyed me so much that I felt obliged to write a bad review. It kept resetting my life and I am now very angry. All I wanted to do was make my friend a present but this stupid app has wasted time that I should have spent doing homework. Do not recommend 🤮😖
Hopeless
I spent an hour uploading and cropping my images. I went to check out and home delivery was not an option. Maybe because my postcode is semi remote 4314? I emailed support who was unhelpful and when I returned to my cart, all 37 items were gone. Huge taste of time.
An app from the dark ages
Awful. It will allow one or two photos to be uploaded at a time, if at all. An archaic and frustrating app. It’s a good thing it deals out photos, because your kids will graduate high school by the time you get your newborn pics. Save your time and go elsewhere, or learn to paint portraiture.
Needs to be fixed
The update has completely ruined the app. It’s gone from easy to use and navigate to - okay it looks great and is easier to see what products you can make ITS HORRIFIC TO MAKE SAID PRODUCTS! the app won’t even let me get my photos on there to continue on. Please fix this 🥲🥲🥲
Terrible user experience
I spent a few hours organising my pics and nothing saved properly. The upload was very slow.
Lost my whole order twice
1.5 hours wasted after individually adding each mini 4 photos separately, separating all the portrait and landscape, going backwards and forwards and the first time I lost them it was my fault for pressing the X instead of the “continue shopping” where you have to start from scratch on each individual photo. The 2time (and last time I’ll be using this app) the app glitched and lost over an hour of this individual adding.

Crashing
App keeps crashing regardless of what internet connection I’m on. I have to check out every couple of photos, extremely annoying.
Don’t Bother
Spent considerable time on this and saved multiple times on to the saved projects. Once done, you cannot reopen as pops up with errors. The app does not allow you to edit or continue to check out…… don’t bother. Waste of time and effort !
Ordering photos online
Brilliant very easy to use.
First time user
Error message kept on popping up while I was trying to edit the photos for no apparent reason. I nearly gave up but persevered because I really wanted the photos. Maybe it was me…🤷♀️ but I don’t think so.
Device Connection Issues
I have placed an order using an account the day before and the order went through but today I signed into the same account and it says i have never placed an order so I feel like they should connect.
Needs update for bugs can’t edit can’t pay
Terrible. Keeps having “operation can’t load” error messages and cannot pay. Needs fixing asap or you’ll lose a lot of customers
Slow, freezes, terrible app
If it wasn’t for the Kmarts mini prints and the fact there’s a Kmart in every suburb I would be avoiding this app/photo printing system. The app is so slow and freezes all the time. Most times once the app freezes you lose your work/what you have already selected. It seems it can only handle certain amount of photos added to the bag before freezing, about 24-35.

Couldn’t update contact details
Pervious user no problem. But this time popped up missing required contact details, so i went in to add my phone number. It came up “The operation could not be completed. Open API client. It API error. Error 0.”

Easy to use this app
I tried the Big W photo app and then deleted it. The KMart app is much more user friendly.
Annoying
I always have problems with this app. Just spent an hour organising photos to print and now it won’t accept my phone number to process the order. WASTE OF TIME!!
