the worst platform ever
I won a video call from this platform and they announced the time 5 hours before the fansign and left no time for me to get ready. Plus they changed to 1:30 video call when they promised that it would be 2 minutes without early notice. The staff ended the calls when the artists were still talking.

诈骗软件千万别买，不然你收不到货还退不了款
真的不要买这个软件的东西，你买了三四个月她都不发货，软件也没有客服，微博客服都装死，非要买就要做好随时都等于钱丢了的准备！！！！！！！

真的很无语 付款的时候我怎么点都没反应 我这次进去的时候就说服务开小差 我删了重新下载之后我点登陆也是怎么点都没反应😅😅😅
服务器太差了
没几个人就会把服务器给搞崩掉。发货也很慢，有几次货都发错，都不让退款。客服可以说都没有，发了也没人回复。有时间修复一下吧
