Broer, ik heb code voor gratis kinepolis drank aangevraag. Ik kom daar aan, die zeggen ja die is al gebruikt. Die code is een jaar gelede in een andere province gebruikt.

OPLICHTERS, ik had naar de andere reviews moeten luisteren
Had gratis code gekregen. Eind van het jaar wordt 30€ gedomicilieerd. Na opzegging moet ik nog eens €7 betalen. Omdat ik dit niet wou betalen werd ik bedreigd met incasso.
De app laat ook niet eens weten dat je lid was tot het geld er werd af gehaald. Had deze app niet 1x gebruikt in heel mijn studententijd.
Schandalig dat dit soort praktijken legaal zijn.

SCAMMERS
Ik zet nooit een recensie maar ik ben echt in shock. Opeens is er bijna 30 euro van mijn rekening en ik vroeg me af van wat dit was? Ik herinner me dat ik mijn abonnement een jaar geleden stop had gezet, heb deze app niet eens 1 keer gebruikt! Ik heb al weken geleden een mail gestuurd want telefonisch te bereiken zijn ze niet en nog steeds geen antwoord, niets!! En nadat ik abonnement nog eens op heb gezegd, vragen ze me 5,60 euro te betalen… van waar halen jullie deze kosten??? Echt dit is niet meer normaal. Ik ben blijkbaar ook niet de enige met deze probleem, echt onacceptabel om zonder enige toestemming gewoon geld van de rekening te nemen!!!

Wat een afzetters. Ik heb dit twee jaar geleden opgezegd, maar kwam er letterlijk vandaag achter dat ze nog steeds bleven aanrekenen. Letterlijk gewoon een app om geld van studenten af te troggelen.
Niet doen! Ook niet als je gratis code hebt!
Na het gratis jaar met een code wordt automatisch elk jaar 25€ automatisch afgehouden zonder melding op voorhand. Dit maakt het ook onmogelijk om op tijd af te melden. Als je dan je abonnement schrapt betaal je nog een bedrag, zogezegd de eerste dagen van het eerste schooljaar (die nog niet eens begonnen is).

Beware, This is a Big Scam!
Be aware, guys! This company will charge you 25 euros without any prior notification. If you try to contact them, don’t expect a timely response—if you get one at all. All you’ll receive is an automated reply saying they are “five people” and that a response will take time.
There is no option to cancel the membership, and in Belgium, they don’t even provide a contact number for customer service. To make matters worse, you cannot remove your bank account details from the application. This is a huge red flag.

NIET GEBRUIKEN!
Mooi allemaal, gratis kaartje etc. Tot je erachter komt dat er, zonder waarschuwing, €26.66 van je rekening gaat. Geen mail, melding, niks! Als student dus absoluut geen gebruik van maken. Schande dat dit zo gepromoot wordt.

This app was useless for me since the promotions were not useful and then i had to cancel my subscription in order to not have to pay and you can’t cancel after the a date where your supposed to re-subscribe. You also get spammed with emails even if you didn’t signup for the newsletter and when i didn’t pay my “fee” i was spammed with emails and sms in dutch and i don’t understand dutch which made it more unclear of what they wanted

NEVER UPLOAD THIS APP
one day, i uploaded it when a friend of mine said that i could get some discounts as a student in Ghent. then, i totally forgot this app. it was never so much discount anyway. and one day, i could not even recognize what this app was on my phone, so i deleted it… and guess what happened recently… they sent me a bill of 27 euros?!? for nothing!!? like even if they mentioned it somewhere, that was not really well written that i didn’t pay attention. and they never let me know about it. they are thieves. and oh, they never answer the contact forms. i ask them to cancel my subscription so i won’t have the same misery next year again, and no answer.
this company is working by tricking students like this. i saw many comments about the same concern. okay, take this 27 euros, but you have bo purity in your hearts and you would do anything for money. but for me, this is not over yet. i dont care about the money but i will tell what an horrible app this is to every student i know.

If u are a student its really handy to get this app. The first year is 2 cents but after its €25 so ill see how much ill use it and maybe get a second year or not.
Budgetvriendelijk studentenleven
Als student is dit zeker een handig app. Het is misschien wel €25, maar als je er bewust mee bezig bent dan heb je dit terugverdient in no time. Alle kleintjes helpen en deze app helpt daar zeker bij.
