KNEKT®tv has been such a refreshing platform to watch and also be a creator on. The content feels intentional, elevated, and genuinely inspiring. You can tell there’s real care behind what’s being created, and it offers something different from the typical streaming experience. I downloaded the app to watch the cheer choice awards and it’s not working.
Subscribed to watch CCA
So I subscribed $5 to watch the CCA I can’t get it to load on any IOS or on ROKU. It’s obvious that the app can’t handle the influx of people. They need a real TV channel to cover this. And I want my $ back
Disappointed in this app!
The app doesn’t work on my iPhone. Paid for a month subscription and it won’t open after i subscribed. Tried contacting the support team. I was told to contact Apple. I would like a refund!

Trying to get on to watch cheer choice awards and apps not even working.
Scammed
I pay the premium to be able to watch an event that I was interested on and once I pay I haven’t been able to log in at all on any device. And my Internet is working perfectly, they just took my money and now I’m not able to see my even or ge t to my account all I get is a dark screen on the app or website or Roku tv
