Best App for house hunting in Sydney

This app is a game changer for property buyers. It helps us screen properties more efficiently with 3D map and AI insights so we don’t have to drive all the way to the houses to find the properties is under the ground or a HV transmission line runs through the backyard. The chat also provides strategies to negotiate with the agent. I’m still exploring the app but it’s already the hands down the go to app when I am looking for houses.

The 3D is so coooooool

I didn’t expect to like Knest.ai this much, but I’m actually kind of obsessed now. The app feels really smooth to use, and everything just works without being confusing. The Compare feature is a lifesaver—it makes it so easy to see the differences between places I’m stuck choosing between, which honestly saved me a lot of time.

And the 3D part is so coooooooool！！The little character is weirdly cute and actually makes things easier to understand. I catch myself playing around with it longer than I planned lol🤣

Very useful app help me a lot

The chatbot really helped me organise my thoughts and made the whole process of buying property feel much easier and less overwhelming. I especially love the Note Summary feature it lets me review my notes about different properties, which saves a lot of time. Super helpful and intuitive to use. Highly recommend! 👍
