About

Knight: Moral choices that follow you run after run. (Updated: July 2026) Knight is a narrative RPG set in the medieval kingdom of Mareveil, where a dead king has left two pretenders fighting for the throne. You are an unnamed errant knight walking into this broken realm. Every choice you make shifts allegiances, changes stats, and reshapes the story and when you die, you carry your best gear into the next run. Complete runs in 15 minutes. No gacha. No energy timers. No right answers. WHO IT'S FOR Players who love narrative depth but only have 15-20 minutes to play. Fans of Reigns, Sorcery!, and 80 Days who want real story choices with RPG mechanics on mobile. Also great for tabletop RPG players, dark fantasy readers, and anyone tired of shallow mobile RPGs where choices are decoration. WHAT YOU'LL GET - Moral weight that lingers — Every decision shifts allegiances, changes stats, and alters how NPCs treat you. There is no undo. The road does not go backwards. - A roguelite loop with real stakes — Navigate a fog-of-war kingdom map. Choose your path: combat, quest, bivouac, shop, or tournament. Die, and carry 1-2 chosen items into your next run. - A companion who reacts — Paille, your 14-year-old squire, responds to everything you do. Trust, fear, or absence — his relationship mode changes the entire tone of your run. Earn his trust and he takes a fatal blow for you once. - A story worth replaying — 20 narrative events, 2 routes, 7 political factions, 6 possible endings. One run reveals about 30% of the lore. The rest waits for those who return. HOW IT WORKS 1) Create your knight and meet Paille in the marshes of Fondrieres. Your first choice sets the tone for everything that follows. 2) Navigate a fog-of-war map of Mareveil. Pick your path: fight bandits with 6 tactical actions and a stamina bar, resolve morally ambiguous events, rest at camp, or compete in an honor-based tournament. Every choice costs something. 3) Reach one of 6 endings. Choose which items to carry into your next run. Each run builds on the last — the gear you kept, the honor you earned, the allegiance you chose. KEY CAPABILITIES - Run Map: Fog-of-war kingdom map with branching paths. Combat, quests, bivouac, shop, and tournament nodes — each with its own consequences. - Tactical Combat: 6 actions (Attack, Protect, Parry, Analyse, Flee, Potion), all costing stamina. Run out and you're forced to flee. Winning isn't always the right call. - Item Legacy: At the end of every run, choose 1-2 items to keep. Armor, weapons, potions, artifacts — your next knight inherits what you protect. - Tournament System: Honor-based bracket. High honor earns you opponent selection. Zero wins triggers a penalty. No potions in the arena. - Bivouac: Between battles, choose one of 5 camp actions — heal, train, pray, talk with Paille, or push through sleepless. Each shapes the run ahead. - 100% Offline: No internet required. No server. No waiting. The kingdom of Mareveil lives on your device. Built by App League as a premium experience. No ads. No tricks. Designed for 10+ hours of unique content across multiple runs. Most players finish their first run in 15-20 minutes and immediately start a second — because the item they chose to keep changes the opening of the next run. FAQ Q: What is Knight, in one line? A: Knight is a narrative RPG where moral choices and gear carry forward across 15-minute roguelite runs through a broken medieval kingdom with no right answers. Q: Is this a text-only game? A: Knight is text-driven, not text-only. It has a dark atmospheric interface with stat tracking, a fog-of-war map, tactical combat with a stamina system, tournament brackets, and item management. The writing is the core, but the design amplifies every moment. Walk the road. Make your choices. See what survives.
