Waste of time
I wasn’t able to save downloaded tickets to the app. Essentially the app just directs you to the website which you need to sign in to each time you use it. Up to date travel info would be very useful - directions for non-Londoners is very sparse especially when the Piccadilly line is closed for PLANNED engineering works . The app would be better if it were just that - with useful info, including floor plans and
list of exhibitors, programme of events etc. and not just several ads asking me if I want to buy a Janome machine et al and constant adverts

Can’t log on!
Despite reloading and trying numerous times as well as checking my spam folder etc I cannot get logged on to even try this app. No option for any help so cannot use it! So annoying as I’m going to it on Saturday!!!
Ticket Downloads
Perhaps it’s just me but every time I wanted to access my tickets I had to log in with my email address and postcode. The App suggested that they could be downloaded but it didn’t seem to work.
Doesn’t save tickets
Downloaded my tickets to the app but it doesn’t save them so as soon as I click away from the tickets page they’ve gone. Had to download again and the same thing happened. Not much help
Helpful to plan my day
I really enjoy the ability to plan what I’m doing. It’s such a big event it’s super helpful to schedule everything so I don’t miss out. I’m going on Thursday and can’t wait. Hoping to use some of the discounts too.
