I paid money for this app and when I open the app I get a message saying “oops, this app’s contents have been disabled. Please contact the app owner for more details”. Ridiculous! There needs to be some way to report an app with no content that is charging people money!

The only thing I get is a picture with lists of tutorials, but none of them work! Everyone of them shows an "oops" message and has for several days. A waste of money!,
