Love the product hate the app
Honestly I love knobby, I’ve been subscribed for multiple years and don’t plan to stop.
But the app has just bean headache after headache, it seems every time I try do something there is something in the app that just doesn’t work for me.
A few months back I tried to change some account settings & details and it wouldn’t let me in the app, either not letting me put details in or just not loading the page in the app needed.
Then I tried to go to a web browser on my phone (tried with multiple) to do it through there and avoid the problem, nope it continuously forces you back to the app and you can’t proceed on the browser.
I ended up having to borrowing a friends laptop to do it all.
Even when purchasing through the app I have had issues and it’s taken far longer than it should to buy something.
Now this week I got an email about updating my payment methods because I have a new card.
I tried to do it through the app and I can fill in my “name on card” and “expiration date” but it would let you select the area to put card number or cvc in.
I have even tried to get support (trough the app) but it won’t load the page for me. And tried through the website or app stores “app support” just pushes me into the app which is just loads a blank page.
Again I seriously love knobby!

Love their products. Am a subscriber. First and potentially last time I use the app. It is easy, and well thought out. But the incessant pushing of notifications is the worst I’ve encountered. Put items in my inbox. Bought them. Got the email confirmations. But then the reminders stated. 6 in quick succession. Then it stopped.for 10 mins. Then another 10 over the next 8 mins.

Love this brand
Have been a subscriber for 3 years now. Love the variation in colours, patterns and designs. They are a statement in themselves. Would like to see more made in Australia and not in China.
