Knock-Knock has one function: to disrupt your attention at unpredictable moments throughout the day. Write down the questions you want to ask yourself on your iPhone. Your Apple Watch will knock three times at random between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., showing you one question at a time. It began with three very AI-slop questions that nevertheless meant something to me at the time. The useless may yet have its use.
