I love playing this game and I love the Team I play with.
However, it doubles and triple charges Match Pass, I believe it’s a scam to extract more money off players. You can request a refund but it’s a pain to keep checking charges and requesting refunds

Timer
Don’t like timers, takes away the relaxation of the game.
Too many annoying ads that take over speakers
I like the game but am denying it now because the ads are just too annoying. I appreciate that developers should earn income from their work and don’t begrudge them that, but when there is an ad after EVERY round that stops my book or podcast it’s more irritating than the game is fun.

Dear Player, We’re sorry the timer made the game feel stressful instead of relaxing. A no-timer mode is still in development and is not available in the current version. Sincerely knot busters 3d team
Too many ads
I absolutely love this game ~ I’m on level 11,111! However, I am very disappointed in the amount of ads that have been included in the last few months. It’s made me switch to other puzzle games with fewer ads. 😕

While the cheater may not have been caught, developers changing things in the hope of fair play.
I have sent detailed evidence where a player is getting an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE with some sort of extra time boost in their cup tournament. It is a simple mathematical equation to work out, especially over a longer period in the tournament. You DIVIDE CUP POINTS BY GAMES PLAYED.
Without extra time boost, you get 16 cup points for every 10 games. I have fully detailed a particular players numbers, but because I can’t prove how they are getting this unfair advantage, and the developers aren’t smart enough to find out, it is just easier to DISMISS THE ISSUE

So much for no timer.

Puts ads into the game that play after every game and completely ruined the game. Already paid to not have ads when I first got the game a couple of years ago. Not paying twice. So sad until this I would have rated it 5 stars. I was part of a great team and many of them are getting disillusioned by these updates

Problems
After events are finished they stay up there for extra days than on Sunday all of a sudden there is a new challenge and I just have till midnight to finish it this has been happening for months can't contact support

Played this game few years ago, forgot how much fun it was
Reduced time added for the same $$
I’ve been playing this on and on for a while. I noticed today that they reduced the extra time you can buy with coins from 60 seconds to just 20 seconds. They still charge you the same price for it though. Cheap and sneaky. Put it back.

Ads are too time consuming. I don’t want to waste so much time watching ads. Short ads are ok . Less than 1 minute.

I loved this game, but their change in product policy brought a lot of tracking issues with it. I had to delete it.

I have been playing for a long time but here recently everytime you finish a game you get an ad which is so annoying so I deleted the game bc it became such a nuisance to play

All of a sudden the game is full with ads. I downloaded this game and have been paying this ad free all this time. It is an ad popping up every two seconds unnecessarily and it’s making the game unplayable.
