Cheating player not dealt with.
I have sent detailed evidence where a player is getting an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE with some sort of extra time boost in their cup tournament. It is a simple mathematical equation to work out, especially over a longer period in the tournament. You DIVIDE CUP POINTS BY GAMES PLAYED.
Without extra time boost, you get 16 cup points for every 10 games. I have fully detailed a particular players numbers, but because I can’t prove how they are getting this unfair advantage, and the developers aren’t smart enough to find out, it is just easier to DISMISS THE ISSUE

Played this game few years ago, forgot how much fun it was
Reduced time added for the same $$
I’ve been playing this on and on for a while. I noticed today that they reduced the extra time you can buy with coins from 60 seconds to just 20 seconds. They still charge you the same price for it though. Cheap and sneaky. Put it back.

Ads are too time consuming. I don’t want to waste so much time watching ads. Short ads are ok . Less than 1 minute.
Fun, but privacy issues!
I loved this game, but their change in product policy brought a lot of tracking issues with it. I had to delete it.

I have been playing for a long time but here recently everytime you finish a game you get an ad which is so annoying so I deleted the game bc it became such a nuisance to play

All of a sudden the game is full with ads. I downloaded this game and have been paying this ad free all this time. It is an ad popping up every two seconds unnecessarily and it’s making the game unplayable.

Ads added now. Not happy.
So disappointed. I made it to level 6500 only to discover ads have now been added. In between every level. I love this game but won’t waste my time anymore as the adds are longer than each level played.
Why these awful updates?
This was the best game! I could keep playing and now at every transition, I am bogged down with commercials. It’s now more annoying than other games. I was in the 2000+ level but I think adding these annoying interferences is a good reason to quit. And I hate the frogs. Why did you change this. I’m so disappointed.

Really, an ad now after every game with this latest update? I completely understand needing ads, but this is too much! Where I was addicted to the game before because I just love it, this certainly curbed my addiction now! Maybe I should say, thank you?
Forced ads
What is with the ignorant ads that can’t be deleted?! They break the flow of the game, waste time for the players! This is ridiculous we are forced to waste all this time for an ad for something we are not interested in or will ever download. I will be deleting this app if they continue.

Love this…..BUT….
I’ve played this for a long time but, and here’s the BUT, suddenly there are ads after every level! There never used to be and there is no option to stop them. Very disappointing as it has totally put me off playing it now.

New “feature” makes playing impossible
Every time I complete a puzzle, an ad for some other app comes up and I can’t escape back to Knot Busters 3D wirhout shutting it down. It won’t allow feedback either

I've been playing this game for a long time and now on the update 6/29/26 there are minutes of ads between EACH game! I'm deleting what USED to be a fun game.
New ads make it unplayable
This was an enjoyable game, but the new, more intrusive ads are sufficiently annoying to make me uninstall it.
My new favorite game!
I played a lot of puzzle games, but this one I can’t seem to put down. Five months in I still find it challenging, but not frustrating.
Not Good Customer Service!!
Weeks ago I had a message in the game Inbox that said I needed to back up my account, delete it, reinstall it, & restore it. I backed it up but I couldn’t get it to restore my level. I should have taken a screenshot but I believe I was on level 400 something.
I tried to submit something via Feedback, but never heard back. Next I sent an email, no response. I sent a 2nd email, no response. I loved this game & it was one of my favorites. I am not very happy.
I don’t understand why they won’t reply back. I am very disappointed. So be aware if they tell you need to do the same thing. I guess I will have to delete the app if I still get no reply or a disappointing reply.
