Irritating ads so deleted within an hour of downloading.

Unusable - a good app but ruined by endless games rubbish that take some fiddling about to escape from.
This looks a lot like the original knot guide which was great but then somebody’s hijacked it and used it as a front for pushing adverts from other sources.
The end result is wasting a lot of time being interrupted by the adverts while you’re trying to figure out and practice, and then more time spent trying to escape from those pop-ups and return to the job.

Infested with popup adds. You have to watch multiple adds just to see how to tie one knot. I deleted immediately after having to watch several minutes of adds. There are great “free” knot tying apps out there. This one is not it. Boo.

Can’t rely on this especially out in the wild where you dont have signal to wait for ads to pop up at every step of tying the knot.
Terrible ad chocked app
The free version is terrible with too many ads you cannot get rid of. The purchased version is too expensive. All in all a worthless app.

Lots of knots to choose from, some fancy knots are locked but they have lots of knots available for free. Works with no wifi so great
Download it you love ads.
The amount and frequency of ads renders this app useless. And don’t buy the full version, because it’s not the full version. You won’t be able to access 55 knots behind a patron pay way. Don’t waste your time or money.
Two knots already asking for money (deleted)
I get needing money to support the cause but asking for $32 after two knots is a losing business model in my opinion. I say the above as someone who far too often falls for pay apps for before the app hasen proven it’s worth. Too many free options out there to bother paying one app for such a limited product offering.

I’d consider buying this but the add frequency is so great that you have to watch an add for every step so it’s hard to evaluate.

Every knot I tried to look at it requested I load adobie reader. The issue I did that and it still did not let me look at the knots. Had it worked I would buy the product will look another product.

Top Tip
On my phone I have a bit of sailing rope as a lanyard. This is 1. because I live between 2 boats and so wear my phone around my neck 😅 (always dropping them in the sea/river), but most importantly - 2. One can use the accessory to practise knots from this app 🤗 … I really like this app when I’m inland in London and missing the ocean. Do knots while on the tube. Also good for stemming if you’re ND! 🙃

I think this would have been good but the onslaught of ads completely turned me off.

this app requires $32 minimum a year to have access to additional knots. this app is missing very basic and useful knots and hitches. this app also mines data from you. what a scam.
Brain damaging
One of the absolute worst knot tying apps in the actual physical realm of existence. It completely screws up proper steps and the diagram cuts off the entire knot, so you never know which end does what. Because of this app I was doing knots entirely wrong. Whoever created is a fool and has zero worth and purpose in life
