App doesn’t work
The app won’t load and I’m unable to use it to open my account. I have had an ongoing order for years, but I recently moved. The website won’t allow me to update my account information and the app no longer opens. Please fix your app and your website.

App Does Not Work
I have been using this app for at least 6 months, and for the past three I cannot get past the loading screen. The app has my past orders and personal information on it, and I can’t even use it.
Place an order, downloaded an app… and nothing
I placed an order off of an ad. I know my first mistake. It’s been over a week with no update no tracking number no order ID number. Just an order confirmation with what I ordered and a link to download their app. Get hit with an app that doesn’t go past the loading page. This stinks highly of a scam. I would be if I were a buyer

App Stuck
I’d love to buy like 10 pair but the app is stuck on the pictures of the models and I can’t get in to look at items. Please fix this. I want to buy 🙏🏼
App not working
I downloaded the app and made one order through it for 5 boxers. I absolutely love them. By far my favorite underwear I own. They live up to the stretchy and comfortable statement, but a month or so ago I noticed when I open the app it doesn’t ever start. Just sits on the face page until I inevitably get tired of waiting and close out. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and nothing has changed. I would love to make another order, but this definitely makes it a little frustrating.

Company good. App, not so much
I’ve ordered several times in the past few months because I love their products. I have zero complaints about the company, so giving stars out was not an easy call. However, not long ago, the app just stopped responding. It stays on the main screen and does nothing else, so that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars. Wonderful company. I’m a happy customer. Products are great and the shipping is impressive but it’s hard to give 5 stars when the app completely failed. Sorry guys.

They are helpful and great with customer service. I know people have bad experience and all but mine was great!! Fast delivery and they were so comfortable. This app is great but rn it’s not loading in at all until they fix that problem. Other then that it’s well working app. And well organized but the have a lot of sales right now!!! NOT A SCAM JUST SOME PEOPLE HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!

i deleted and reinstalled the app because it was just stuck on the loading screen and it still won’t open past it

Do not - I repeat- DO NOT buy from this business! a huge scam of an app! I placed an order January 4th and has been stuck in Niagara Falls NY for over 2 weeks now! I tried to reach out to customer service and they never got back to me!! Terrible experience. Won’t be purchasing from ever again.
