No notifications received
Even though the notifications are on in my phone settings, I don’t get the pop ups in the notifications

V v. bad, need to be improved . Each and every time we want go into the app for any new msg or unread msg , if we get new pop up or notification on the app scree , so we can understand there is a new msg.
