Useless and terrible
Very hard to use. Many events don’t show up and you can’t search. Logout once and you can never log back in. It claims that your active account has been deactivated.
Brilliant and simple use. Fixed a bunch of bugs in their recent update!
It’s a great concept overall. The customer service is amazing and they’re with you every step of the way. I’m able to create events as a recruiter and the candidates had no issues setting up their accounts.

Unlike typical job placement programs this app genuinely wants to help you. They’ll help you with getting skills you actually need for life.

Does not allow to search major or degree. The fair I’m supposed to look for Is not listed. Waste of time.
Excellent concept
The concept is really clear - you can create virtual career fairs that provides accessibility to candidates looking to apply for a job. The video profile is a really cool feature that allows users to be personal and authentic with their profile. Users can upload resumes which is really cool too! I’d imagine on the employer side they could easily access my resume whenever they need to see it.

Good app...Great Customer Service
The app is easy enough for most but they are clearly working through some small issues. However, the customer service team is excellent and helped me through all my issues. I didn’t even need to contact the event organizers because they handled everything for me.
I got a job!
I used this app for 2 career fairs hosted by my school and got to introduce myself to all the companies I liked. I was interviewed on the app and contacted for a follow up interview. I got the job and the app experience was great so I’m giving it 5 stars.

When I try to edit my info all the letters I type are white and blend in with the background and I cannot see what I’m typing. It’s also not allowing me to make a video. I need this fixed so I can participate in my colleges job fair.

In these times, this is a great app for handling socially distant recruiting.
Cannot finish applying
When signing up it doesn’t allow to select graduation date, nor can you skip it.
It would be helpful to sign up through their website and possibly access those features.

There’s nothing to select for graduation date and it won’t let me skip it. So I can’t even sign up or go any further.

04/16/2020 Graphic appeal, color selection, navigation through the sign up process goes well until the screen that asks for first name and graduation date.
The graduation date doesn’t show up on the screen in order to make a selection. Intuitively, you can imagine where the dates are, blindly you can change it to a different output that will let you move forward. However, you end up stuck at that last screen due to an internal programming error (educated guess) that sets the syntax as empty even though while it has a value in its field.
That is all what the app let me see.

Perhaps, playing devil’s advocate, was my experience during a high participant volume that jammed communication between the app and new participants?

Needs updating
The app never remembers your username or password, and you have to enter it every single time you open the app.
