App will not play

I would rather get help with my problem than leave a poor review, but there are no options to report issues or get assistance other than to leave a review. The KnowHymn app was recommended to me, and I would like to use it on my iPhone 15. However after downloading the app it will not play. Any suggestions?

Unacceptable

I have been using this app for a few years now and I use the premium version which was $30 for that time. My card was charged. I go to play my hymns and I can’t and then I look to see what could be the issue uninstall it and reinstalled it only to come to find out that you guys upped your price to $99 but you never gave me a refund
Or allow me to keep the premium for the year and charge me next year. I need this fixed either. I should have the premium version or you can refund me
