About

Knowing turns what your body is already telling you into one clear answer a day. SCAN YOUR OVULATION TEST Point the camera at an LH strip and Knowing measures the test and control lines for you — no more squinting at two pink smudges in bad bathroom light. It plots your surge across the cycle so you can see it coming, not just notice it after the fact. The photo is deleted once the measurement is taken. THE SIX DAYS THAT MATTER The fertile window is six days long and ends on the day you ovulate. Knowing shows you where you are in it — today, in plain language, above the fold — and builds its estimate from what you actually log: your periods, your tests, your temperature, your cervical mucus. WHATEVER YOU ARE HERE FOR Four modes, and the whole app changes to match: trying to conceive, pregnant, just tracking, or avoiding pregnancy. Pregnancy mode follows your weeks, your due date and your blood pressure readings. LOG WHAT MATTERS, SKIP WHAT DOESN'T Flow, cramps, mood, mucus, temperature, medication, blood pressure, notes. One tap each. Nothing is required. EVERY CLAIM HAS A SOURCE Where Knowing tells you something about your body, it tells you where that came from and how strong the evidence is. Where the science is weak, it says so — including the moon, which is shown because it is lovely, and clearly marked as decoration that predicts nothing. ASK, PRIVATELY Ask questions about your own cycle and get answers from Apple Intelligence running entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere. BUILT TO BE PRIVATE There is no account and no sign-up, because there is no server. Your cycle data lives on your iPhone. Optional iCloud sync keeps it in your own private iCloud, and you can lock the app behind Face ID and export an encrypted backup whenever you like. Knowing is not a contraceptive and does not diagnose anything. It is a record of your body and a clear reading of it. ——— Knowing Premium unlocks the full app. Yearly, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time. What's New in Knowing

1.1.0

October 5, 2026

Two new modes, for the times when a cycle is not a clock. MY PERIODS ARE NEW If you have not started yet, or started in the last year or two, Knowing now says what is actually true: for the first year or two cycles are often uneven, anywhere from 21 to 45 days apart, and that is expected rather than a problem. No fertile window and no conception odds — just your cycle, and the few signs that are genuinely worth telling a doctor about. MENOPAUSE Knowing now asks rather than assuming, and stops predicting dates from cycles that are changing. ALSO IN THIS VERSION • If you are waiting for your first period, the free trial no longer runs out before you have had the chance to use the app. • Conception guidance is no longer shown to anyone under 16. • A new app icon to choose from in Settings.
