Good program, now unusable

This program has been very helpful. Just now when I tried to log in, the “record audio” button is no longer available within a lecture and there is no longer an option to view the transcript as it goes along. You cannot start and stop, making it unusable for my online courses.

File uploading not working

I saw an add on Snapchat and I was quickly attracted to the app due to its ability to analyse large pdf files to crate notes, but no matter how big or small the file an alert saying "file could not be uploaded try again later” this happens no matter how big or small the pdf files is.
