To clear this up: our app checks whether your device is eSIM compatible, but carrier lock is a separate thing set by your home provider, so it isn't something we can check from our side. A quick call to them before you fly is the easiest way to confirm. We're sorry this caught you out at the airport, that's not the start to a trip we want for anyone. We'll make this clearer going forward so travelers can check both before they leave home. Wishing you smooth travels ahead, get your phone unlocked early and you'll be connected the moment you land.
Too slow after the first 5GB
They said for each 24hrs you get 5GB PF high speed internet. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. After that first 5GB it wasn’t like the first time I used it.

Our unlimited plans include 5 GB of high-speed data per day, more generous than most providers, who typically cap it at just 1-2 GB. After that, speeds do drop so everyone sharing the network stays connected, and we're sorry that wasn't clear before you bought. We're working on explaining this better upfront so no one gets caught out mid-trip like you were. If your speeds stayed slow beyond that first day rather than resetting, that's not how it's supposed to work, please reach out to our 24/7 support any time and we'll sort it out for you.
