Amazing
This app is fantastic. It beats any of its competitors and the lack of paywall for great features is why I’m such a consistent user. It’s helped me so much with science topics and I plan to use it throughout med school. Please never change it!
Saved my grades
Absolutely love this app, helps me study so much. The multiple choice feature from flashcards has genuinely saved my grade. Also really appreciate that many features are free, so many study apps are covered with a pay wall and hardly useful without so I love that Knowt avoids that and truly feels targeted to students. Recommend knowt to everyone of my classmates!!

Great study tool, but some issues
I really enjoy the flash card maker and how you can customize your practice tests. However, when you review any wrong or missed questions it seems that there is a glitch every time. It always shows the first test question in green what was right and red what is wrong, but after the first question it doesn’t do it. I’ve also noticed that sometimes it won’t even give you the original options (multiple choice test) when reviewing. It glitches to repeating the same four choices on every review even though the options were different during the actual test. I do wish in the study mode of the flash cards or practice test it would do a follow up test or review of all the ones you’ve missed or starred right after you finish a set. Overall not a bad app, just needs some fixing here and there

No practice questions for free
Their notes have been pretty helpful ish but I’ve had to do a lot more work since it doesn’t allow me to do practice tests for anything or the flashcard study anymore so I am not at prepared as I can be since I’m not able to practice what I learned in context. I’m assuming they’re pay to use since the pay window pops up whenever I try accessing but some people learn better when practicing over and over so note don’t really help unless it’s like a bug in the system because I’m sure it used to be free but now it isn’t or at least not for me

Extremely shady
Why are you telling me I need to pay to use the features after I recorded? It’s a whole strategy 😂 embarrassing
Spaced repetition glitch
The app is really good and free but can you guys fix the glitch where spaced repetition tells you every day to resume but when you do it theres nothing to do and it tells you to wait for x amount of hours?
Better then Quizlet by a mile
Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better then Quizlet
KNOWT I LOVE YOU 😘
If you like quizlet but don’t have the money then get Knowt TRUST IT IS BETTER I love how it has streaks, XP, and coins to make it more fun PLEASE GET KNOWT!!!!
Good
i loved this app for like a week. i had a test and this helped me do super good on it but right after it makes you pay for you to continue. it’s a very greedy app i do not recommend
Not worth your time
This app is not what it says it will be it wants you to pay for it and it does not have very helpful features. It's honestly confusing to use and wouldn't let me give it photos of notes unless I gave full access to all of my photos. When I tried to give the photos a different way it say it was " to big of a file and it needed to be more words that pictures " while it was a page of only words... I wasted my time trying to figure it out and it's not worth it.

Refunded
Terrible customer service and a completely misleading app. I bought a yearly subscription hoping it would function a certain way, but it's useless for my needs. When I asked for a refund because the app does me no good, they flat-out refused. Total waste of money and save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

i love this app!
i love how there’s not that many limits to the app like Quizlet and i used the learn mode so much. i 100% recommend as this app is my best friend for studying <3
ugh
i want to use the call feature but it’s asks me the question over and over again or doesn’t listen to what I am saying. for 25 dollars a month it’s a rip off!!! i wish i could get a refund or my app fixed
Deleting flashcards
I really liked this app but unfortunately when making flashcards. Every couple flashcards I made, a glitch would occur and a duplicate of one of my flashcards would appear, deleting one of my other flashcards in the process. Happened every 3-5 flashcards made
Poor Customer Service
WARNING: THINK TWICE BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO KNOWT.
I was charged $119 on September 10 for a subscription I never intended to renew. I’m only 14 years old, and I genuinely did not mean to spend that much money on a subscription I no longer wanted. I explained my situation and asked for a refund, but they still refused to return my money.
I’m extremely disappointed that even after explaining that I’m a student who never intended to make this purchase, my request was denied. This experience has completely damaged my trust in Knowt.
BE CAREFUL BEFORE SUBSCRIBING. Make sure you understand the renewal terms, because forgetting to cancel could cost you $119. I regret subscribing and would warn other students to think twice before paying for this service.

Super juste il faudrait sortir une version française de l’application
Response from developer
Thanks so much for your feedback! ❤️ We’re delighted that you’re enjoying the app. We’re constantly working to improve it, and we’ve definitely taken note of your request for a French version! 🇫🇷
DO NOT RECORD LECTURES HERE
If you can’t sit with your Knowt app open for an hour afterwards you will lose your recording. Not ideal for a busy person aka any student ever. I lost my teacher’s lecture, then tried again to make a recording myself on the app and lost it again. The app needs to fix how easily you can lose a recording and start saving locally if possible. Especially with the cost of premium. I will no longer be recording through the app and will have to use Apple notes.

Love this
It’s very hard to find a free unlimited actually useful study app, but this literally helped me so much! even without the paid ai version it’s useful for the free practice tests and unlimited flashcards. im really glad i found this app and i highly recommend to give it a try! :)
APP DOES NOT WORK
It is an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to study flashcards on this app. It’s opening other sets while I click one, or will say I completed a set when I haven’t even studied it yet. Quizlet will and forever be the GOAT.
