Knox News does a great job at keeping the readers up to date on what is happening in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Getting the print edition digitally means the paper is always available on your schedule. The price is very reasonable.

I miss Parade magazine. And there should be more local news. I read online only when I have to. We receive a daily print paper and will continue that way.
Not the same
Since the paper was bought out it’s never been the same . I’m not politically motivated but I would like to see an non biased news paper not just one that only seems to side with the liberal point of view. . And has more local news . I used to love to get up and read local football scores on sat mornings and coverage. That is non existent and even vol coverage is a day behind. Please go back to more local coverage. Or I’m afraid I will not review . Local guy 24

News Sentinel online is great. Love the way I can move around in the paper and adjust the size to see it better.

It’s so very convenient to get up and read the paper on my iPad. I’m so thankful we have this option to keep up with local as well as National and world news.
Love it vs hate it
On a day like today, when our deliver person doesn’t deliver the paper paper, I love having the print page app when it works and hate it when it doesn’t. The mechanics of the web site seem to kick me off my subscription on a pretty frequent basis. Sometimes I can log back in without a problem—except that it’s a waste of time and effort—but sometimes, it will will not let me log in at all- at that time. Some other day, success.
Would be nice to have this problem fixed.

Knox News Digital is GREAT
Rally like the digital edition of know news! Easy to navigate through the news while saving our resources.
Awful
Continually gives error message “an error occurred during the download of the edition” funny thing previous day’s issues download fine just not the most recent. Piece of crap app.
Love this app
Love this app for reading the paper. Easy to go back and read an article from a few days ago. Easy to send an article to a friend, or post a comic on Facebook. Don’t t have to go out in the rain and walk down the driveway to get the paper any longer.

App is good and it is wonderful to read the paper without waiting for my husband to finish. It has allowed me to keep up with what’s going on. App is easy to navigate and save or send articles. Gave 4 stars due to the occasional glitches but they are usually corrected in a very short time.

Review of app
No problems EXCEPT that occasionally, after I’ve used the app DAILY (and only I use the app to read the newspaper), it will ask me to sign in!! This is an unnecessary, in my opinion, step I must then take to simply read my local paper. Makes me MAD every time I must do it. Why HASSLE a customer like that?? You’d think with the death spiral of local subscriptions the paper would be putting NO hurdles in our way.
Secondly, and I realize this isn’t directly related to the app, WHY does Knoxnews have foreign people for whom English is a second language, handle customer service?I’m all for diversity, but these people are HARD TO UNDERSTAND and don’t make me feel warm and fuzzy about KNS!! I’m sure they’re cheaper, but you aren’t getting your money’s worth!!

At least once a week this site doesn’t allow easy access which is surprisingly unreliable for something one uses each morning If the magic works, then all is great.
