Not Great
Up until this point KOD Cam was pretty good. I always liked the photos that were taken, but for some unknown reason KOD cam will not let me access the photos I have taken on the app in the past year. I’m devastated to have lost these pictures, I am greatly disappointed. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and have now lost all of the pictures with no option to restore them. I am not impressed.

Great photos, good filters but what is with the tiny viewing ‘eyepiece’? It’s neither use nor ornament. It served as a viewfinder in the original disposable cameras, here its a screen the size of a baby thumbnail so utterly useless.
Better apps available
Can’t save the photos unless you pay. There are better apps that are free

i love this weird retero polaroid app
i got it so i could get some good photos of my friend group without using snapchat because i always accidentally delete them without saving them, and i always look weird with its filters, and my regular camera is pretty bland and i lose the photos
but this app is so great
for someone who hates taking photo it makes it feel entertaining, it doesn’t alter your face and saves the photos on the app so you don’t lose them
it adds a funky retero filter and has a polaroid look that gives a splash of nostalgia, there are some in app purchases but i find you can just screenshot the photos if you want to upload them or save them on other files
overall a great underated app that i’m so glad i found

Not worth it
Can’t even save the pics once taken and the effect is just vignette round the corners and a filter

I had paid in app purchases a few days ago, and it was successful. However, after I checked my bank account, I saw that it was refunded. The benefit is not cancelled I think. What happened?

I love this app! Don’t have to wait for photos to be developed, and you just pay a small price to get access to everything (like editing photos and downloading them to your phone). There’s also a date stamp on the photo — which I love! Great job!

Why you have brought a cam where you can’t even save the photo. You have to pay to save the photos. Shame!

You shouldn’t have to pay in order to save the photos that you take. If you can’t save your photos, what’s the point? It should be a given. Otherwise, this would be a decent app.
