App stoped working
App has stopped working unable to send photos or reset password, needs to be updated
Not working
I have tried to enter the 9-digit device number to connect the frame to my phone but on the app on my phone it will only take 8 digits. Can’t set up. Please advise.

Quelle déception ! J’ai acheé un cadre photo pour ma mère l’application Frameo est bcp plus fluide et fiable que celle de Kodak ! Impossible de télécharger plusieurs photos à la fois !! Et je ne vois pas les photos que j’ai téléchargé ! Nul ! J’hésite à renvoyer le cadre photo

Je suis assez déçu du cadre photo lui même avec une qualité d’image moyenne.
Concernant l’application celle-ci me semble être bâclée et surtout souffrir de dysfonctionnement.
En effet après avoir réalisé les étapes nécessaires au fonctionnement, puis avoir chargé trois photos il m’est tout simplement impossible d’en rajouter.
Les albums sont bien présents dans l’application - j’ai le message au niveau du cadre m’indiquant le transfert mais aucune des photos n’apparaissent en réalité …

Peinlich!
Die Qualität der Übersetzung ist wie es vor 40 Jahren bei chinesischen Handbüchern üblich war. Die Begrenzung auf 9 Fotos per Upload Vorgang nervt sehr. Würde den Bilderrahmen nicht wieder kaufen.

I didn’t pay much for the frame but this app is awful. Reasons— too many to name.

Bisher hat alles sehr zuverlässig geklappt. Ich finde es nur schade, dass man nur 9 Bilder pro Upload hochladen kann. Das dauert dann wenn man einige Bilder hat. Ansonsten alles fein.

Looks good, but antiquated technology that won’t allow more than one folder.
I would like to separate groups of pictures into folders by date or by event. Software won’t allow it.

This app have very limited functionality. You can’t see pictures uploaded by other users (other frames allow it).
You can’t see full photos in the app only recent photos as thumbnails, previous pictures are showing up as blue squares.
I regret I bought this frame because of this app.

Doesn't recognize the photo frame no matter how many times we try. Total waste of time.

Además cuando se pone en modo carrusel, si has subido imágenes nuevas aparece un letrero de New con el número de imágenes nuevas que has subido y que no se puede configurar para que no aparezca.
Hay mucho que mejorar, tampoco es tanto.

Don’t Waste Your Time
I have never left a review on an app, but this app is so bad it warrant my first review. My parents got me the corresponding frame for Christmas. The frame looks great, but this app would not work for anyone. It won’t allow us to register despite using various emails. It gives a “sending failed” error every single time. Returning the frame to get another brand that doesn’t use this app. I reached out to their customer support to troubleshoot the app. You can’t even reach anyone. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy. I 10000% believe the good reviews were paid reviews because there is no way anyone can recommend this.

If I could give it zero stars I would
I’m not sure how this app is supposed to function as I have tried to register an account to 3 separate email addresses and have never received a verification code to any of them. Absolutely ridiculous and makes my blood boil. Fix your app.
Can’t even create account
When registering for an account the app consistently says it’s failing to send the data. This stops me from even being able to set up the photo frame. I’ll be returning it.
Very high praise
Full of frames I wanted ♡♡ I will use them carefully.
