Unable to delete account

I can’t delete my account through this app. I get an error in Chinese (my selected language is ENGLISH) advising me there is some type of network error. I shouldn’t have to use a translation app to see the issues I am having. No issue on my part. My network works great until I click to delete my account. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this.

Would not purchase again

Functionality is very poor. After you upload pictures you can’t change them unless you delete the whole batch. Very clunky. Try a different brand of frame.

Useless

App is clumsy and mostly in Chinese language. Does not enable you to complete registration for an account. This makes the digital Kodak frame redundant.

Terrible interface

Drops internet connection frequently, uploading photos sporadic, very dissatisfied!! Version 2.3 software required 6 attempts to update. Terrible !! Still not functioning correctly !!! Returning it !! Too many problems right out of the box! Kodak App or email is not reliable to upload photos!!!

Cannot get past intro carousel to actually use app

No buttons to proceed past initial welcome screen. This has been the case for 2 different iPhones I have tried on. I have tried force closing the app, deleting and re-downloading, same problem. Am I missing something?

Ok- not great

To start- frames are nice and got a good deal on them.
The good- was easy to connect to Internet , and image quality is good.

The bad- the app is not good. For a brand like Kodak- a lot is riding on The name. The app fails after about 10 pictures. Can not transfer photos from a MacBook as doesn’t recognize it as an external device via usb.
Having to bind the frame to an app , but looks like can add a second frame in app but can not actually rename it other than a number .
No app support for MacBook computers so have to send via phone .

No option for creating account

So I gave up and deleted it

Great idea.

This frame and app are a great start. I hope Kodak builds on customization options and access to freely move your multimedia around both in the frame and cloud.

Won’t connect to app to upload videos and photos .

Poor and lazy programming

The app looks good until you actually try to use it, which is when the bad programming shows.
To start, you have to register which is a near impossibility as the registration code expires well before any normal email system gets the email to you.

If you actually do manage to register and login, then you are cockblocked by the apps inability to actually connect to the frame. The frame cannot be found using the wr code and typing in the 9 digit number gets you an “incorrect number” error despite the fact that it is correct.

My suggestion is to save yourself several headaches and just return the frame and get a different brand.

App not working

App was fine until just a couple weeks ago when I am now unable to select pictures of they aren’t in an album. I used to be able to see my whole camera roll now I only see my albums. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work

1.7.0 Update

Since the update, I am unable to upload images from my camera photos. I have double-checked my settings and full access to photos is active.

Update not great

App isn’t working correctly since the update. Has permission set to access all photos but no longer ‘sees’ them, only individual albums

Useless app but the fake reviews are comical

I’m using the frame but have deleted the app as it’s incredibly buggy and won’t let me sign in most of the time. But I would recommend reading the 5 star reviews. Most are clearly fake and make no sense. Only part of this app I enjoyed.

Can’t even sign up

The email never comes through for the verification code. Tried by email and sms, nothing!

Can’t connect other phones

We’ve tried every way we possibly can for my husband to add this frame to his phone and the app gives him an error message every time. ‘Network connection error’. The device is connected to our WiFi, my phone is connected, his phone is connected to everything else in the house, but this continues to stump us. We’ve emailed Kodak—no help from them either. Frustrating.

Spyware?

Won’t accept limited access to photo library. Won’t allow registration by email, only by phone. Super suspicious app.

Won’t work

You cannot “accept” the terms and conditions on this app and you cannot register without accepting- I wasted my money on this product

The item doesn’t allow music to be played at all which makes me and my family have a hard time setting it up.

Say what??

We must be too old to use this. 3 hours later and no closer to seeing this work.
