Trouble allowing photo access
Is anyone else having trouble allowing photo access from their IPhone to the app?
Because I am. I can’t print photos taken from my phone using the app.

App cannot access iPhone photos
Prepare to be severely frustrated with this app. The concept is great. Love the photo printing. But the app is horrible and seemingly is being ignored by the creators. Cannot access iPhone photos and no option in settings to allow it access. Seems like an important thing to fix…
Just awful
One star is too good a rating for this app. I couldn’t even get past the sign in page, it would just freeze right when I got to the “create an account” button. I tried restarting my phone, reconnecting to wifi, deleting the app and redownloading it, nothing worked. Contemplating returning the camera I got this app for because now I can’t even use it.

got me so mad for what
i opened the camera on christmas day, i got one picture, but now it will not print or take photos. i printed out the picture of Humpty Dumpty from Shrek and after it was done, it still said it was printing. i have been trying to make an account, but that’s not even working, so what am i supposed to do? the app, and the camera, arnt working. don’t waste ur time

Firmware update broke the camera
I accepted a firmware update and now the camera doesn’t work. It’s unable to connect to my phone. Tried everything on the suggested tips and reached out to customer service. They recommended I return it, but another and not accept firmware update. Please fix this.
Can’t connect with photos
When you go to print, the app asks for permission to access photos. When you click enable photo access it takes you to your phones settings and photo access is not an option. Seems out of date?
Won’t connect
Will not connect to camera. IF it ever finds the camera through Bluetooth, it just ends up saying it couldn’t find the camera..
Kodak Smile Classic “Camera” software
My iPad seems to need to be within a few inches of the Kodak thing to establish a connection. Even when it connects, it usually won’t print. I don’t know why. I hate this app. The Kodak toy sure was a waste of money. The few prints that worked were okay.
App Can’t Connect to Camera
The entire point of this app is to connect to the camera to print. However, when I try to pair my Kodak Smile Classic 2-in-1, the app just transitions to a “We couldn’t find your camera” screen, even though the Bluetooth pairing succeeds. I reached out to customer support last week and they haven’t bothered to respond.
The app is pretty much useless, and the 2-in-1 camera is basically an oddly expensive 1-in-1 point and shoot with really bad off-pink tones (read: also useless). I will be returning it.

I love it!!!! 😖💕💕
This is amazing I have been making stickers with this app and the stickers are amazing! I made me and my BFF stickers and she loves them! I don’t know how to share a picture of the stickers I made, but if you get this app for your camera I recommend it for your camera, because it lets you pick pictures from your camera roll!! P.S. my BFF is still wowed at the stickers I made! (And I am writing this review at 9 something pm)

Just awful
Took forever to connect to my camera and when it eventually did it required 3 updates before we could even take a picture. We finally were able to take a picture remotely through the app but then it would print or let us edit it and we had to exit the app each time to be able to take another photo. We still haven’t been able to print a photo from the app each time saying “Oops something went wrong”. The response time on the app is far too slow, not a good experience so far.

App so broken it ruins the camera
The camera works great, but the editing features within the app often cause it to crash. Using stickers, doodling, or any AR features guarantees a crash.
Connection Issues
Been trying to connect the classic camera to my Iphone XS Max to use it as a printer but keeps telling me that it doesn’t no find the camera. I followed the instructions that the app gives and it takes a while to find the camera model on the Bluetooth but when it finally appears and I click it, is still saying that it doesn’t find the camera.
