Too be honest, when I first got this app, I was like ‘Woah!’ But I got used too it and I learnt that it’s amazing! So those of you who that are just started your magical journey, trust me, this is a perfect app for you! My camera works beautifully because of KODAK SMILE. So keep it up KODAK! 🧡☀️🥳

Looking for Something New
The Kodak smile has many pros and cons. Pro - the photos are easy to stick into a planner or journal. Con - you have to go through multiple steps to login to the app every time you use it. Pro - the refills are available on Amazon. Con - the refills are quite pricey. Pro - the machine itself is good quality and has lasted me a couple of years. Con - the machine doesn’t stay charged very long and it didn’t come with a charge cord. Con - the photos come out dark. I am looking for something that I can use with my planner and memory keeping that doesn’t have expensive refills and has a more user friendly app.

Mobile printer
It’s easy to use. The paper isn’t too expensive. It doesn’t need ink and everything about it is good.

In 90 % der Fälle funktioniert sie nicht. Habe fünf verschiedene Geräte (iPhone und iPads) und auf ein gibt es andauernd Probleme. Seist ja Foto Zugriff, der nicht auswählbar ist in den Einstellungen und somit keine Fotos ausgewählt werden können oder die Verbindung oder die Geschwindigkeit in der App. Sollte es mal funktionieren, dauert es ewig bis die Fotos angezeigt werden.
Ganz große Enttäuschung
Die AR Funktion funktioniert leider nur sehr sehr sporadisch. Das Telefon stürzt 5x ab bevor es dann funktioniert. Jedoch dauert es sehr lang bevor man überhaupt dazu kommt, die A Funktion nutzen zu können. Vom Start bis zu der Nutzungsmöglichkeit dauert es circa 45 Sekunden.
Abschließend möchte ich nur sagen, dass ich circa 1 Stunde gebraucht habe, um vier Fotos ausdrucken zu können

It will link to bluetooth but it takes a few tries to access your photos

Settings Issue needs fixing!
App used to work fine but now won’t let me enable gallery access on settings- there is no option for it. I’ve seen online that people have the same issue- please get it fixed because the product doesn’t work otherwise!
Never works
App never works. It says it’s connected but won’t connect and the app freezes and just won’t work. It used to work great, and now I can never get it to work
Fixed! Won’t let me print from phone
Everything used to work fine but now it wants me to “enable photo access” in order to print through Bluetooth. There is no connection problem but when I try and enable it in the settings it directs me to there is no option for photo access. This is the main reason I picked this camera over others so disappointed.

Followed instructions of kodaks response of my same issue and it fixed it.
However, the print quality changes dramatically each time I use it. Sometimes it’s awesome and other times there’s big lines and chunks missing so going to try and troubleshoot that before I move my rating up.

Was good not anymore
it worked really well the first couples time I used it after that I didn’t use it for some time now when I try to use it , the app does not work when I try to edit the photos or fix how it looks it kicked me out the app witch really bummed me out because I will be going on a trip this summer and want to be able to print the photos out but the app does not work

Omg this app is SLAY
ok so I got the Kodak smile for Christmas and I’ve been using it a lot. Just recently I found out that it could print any pictures from your device. I got the app and it was a DREAM COME TRUE. I could choose the photos I wanted, edit them and then simply PrInT!!!!!!! So happy I got the app and you should definitely get it. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

printer is very good however every time i try select an image it kicks me off the app which is awful because with out the app the printer is pointless, please fix this problem asap

I purchased the item on 2021. It was great… the past month, the app kept crashing. FIX PLEASE!!!!!!
Firmware crashed camera
Firmeware hat meine Kamera komplett gecrashed. Die Kamera hört nicht auf “Bilder für den Druck zu processen” und blinkt wild. Keine Bilder können mit der Kamera aufgenommen werden. Reset funktioniert nicht. App deinstallieren hilft auch nicht. Habe deutlich bessere Software für dermaßen teuer Hardware erwartet.

The new version does not allow photo access
It was a lovely app. Not anymore. Where did the photo access option go in the app settings? How can I print anything without the app accessing my photos??!!
App does not allow access to photos & poor customer service
I loved my Kodak smile printer until it stopped the app update became seriously wrong- for months now app does not allow photo access on iPhone. I contacted Kodak Smile customer service and months ago, to date, no reply. I had a HP version before and changed to Kodak due to bad customer service. So disappointed Kodak’s customer service is as horrible, if not, worse, as I did not hear back from anyone at all! HP did reply but with useless generic useless so-called solutions that do not solve. Horrible experience with Kodak. I will update my review should Kodak fix the app problem.

Won't Work
The Kodak Smile App won't connect to my Kodak Smile Camera and I have tried everything to get it to connect but it won't work. I followed all of the instructions and everything. I don't know what to do
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I don’t usually comment on ANYTHING, BELIEVE ME, I usually troubleshoot situations, but this is not the first time I had issues with the printer and app. Now I cannot give access to my photos on my iOS once the app updated.
