Possible Scam
This app may be a scam for collecting email addresses. I tried to create an account twice using two different email addresses, and the app would never let me in. It may be a scam.
App crash
This app crashes 100% of the time when attempting to send photos to the photo frame that only syncs with this app, rendering the photo frame useless. They made me PAY for the ability to send photos to the frame, then the app simply crashes when attempting to do so. How can Kodak have their name on such a useless product?

My first review ever. This is the WORST APP Iâve EVER used. It works 2% of the time. Kodak should be ashamed!
Terrible app and now wants a subscription?!
This app has been pretty unreliable and unusable since I got the frame for my parents for Christmas in 2020.
Now it suddenly has added a subscription fee to keep using it, out of nowhere! Steer clear

Useless customer service
Do not buy any of the Kodak digital photo frames from DigiAussie. Despite showing them how defective their product is, they refuse to refund the product purchase price, instead asking the customer to send the product back to them at their own cost so they can show it works. It may work in China with the apps they have there, but doesnt work in Australia.
Frames dont connect to the app and do not do what theyre advertised to do.
Total waste of money. Im now pursuing a refund through Paypal, and then making a complaint against them with the ACCC.

No Wifi
This app will not connect to the device. We were given the frame as a gift so we could get photos of our granddaughter who lives overseas. We are terribly disappointed as we have tried to get support and have received very little assistance. Such a great idea if only it worked. Seems we will have to return the gift and get something different.

Do not download this app
I have never been motivated to review an app before, but I must warn you if youâre thinking of downloading this app: donât do it. Return the Kodak frame and buy a different one instead. This app is so badly broken, it actually makes the Kodak frame practically unusable.
If you are stuck with the Kodak frame and need to use this app, you will soon notice that you canât change which photos show up on the âAlbumâ screen. Youâll find that itâs limited to whichever specific photos you selected when you first installed the app, or else itâs your entire photo library with no way to search, filter, or sort. Iâve come up with a workaround allows you to change which photos appear in the app, but you do have to go through these steps every time.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap âPrivacyâ.
3. Tap âPhotosâ.
4. Tap âKODAK Photo Frameâ.
5. Tap âSelected Photosâ, or if thatâs already selected tap âEdit Selected Photosâ.
6. Choose which individual photos you would like to add to the Kodak app Album screen. However, you cannot select anything from Shared Albums.
7. Return to the Kodak app and send the newly selected pictures to the frame.

Awful app
I would expect much better from an app with the Kodak name on it. Terrible interface. Does not even display horizontally on my iPad. Took multiple tries to create account. I know HS kids who could write a better app than this. Just awful.

PossibilitĂ© dâenvoyer seulement 6 photos Ă la fois, sachant que sur mon ancien cadre jâen avais 2000, je vais mettre longtemps Ă tout mettre sur mon cadre mais apparemment je nâai pas dâautres choix. De plus, quand je suis dans ma galerie et que je veux partager directement une photo, je nâai pas lâapplication KODAK qui est proposĂ©e, câest assez embĂȘtant de devoir tout le temps passer par lâapplication. Selon moi, une mise Ă jour assez simple pourrait remĂ©dier Ă tous ces problĂšmes. Ăa serait bien dâoptimiser un peu lâapplication, on est quand mĂȘme en 2021 !! Ces options sont je dirais : la base. Câest trĂšs fĂącheux de ne pas les avoir. Merci de prendre en considĂ©ration cet avis et de faire les modifications nĂ©cessaires.
