The subscription cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Even worse, after turning off auto-renewal, the subscription somehow will become active again months later, resulting in another unexpected charge.
The merchant information on the payment showed “Nicosia,” which made the transaction even more confusing and raised concerns about transparency.
This experience felt deceptive and completely eroded my trust in the company. I will never use this platform again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
