Good deals. But please update your app, most of the button presses feel unresponsive and most of the time it would just highlight random texts instead of registering a button a press.

I have a few complaints

First thing, the app is completely outdated and hard to use. Second, my sim sometimes says “no sim available” and I have to take the sim out and put it back in again otherwise it will stay on SOS and not work. Third, this is not really a complaint but I’m just wondering why it says Vodafone for my data but I am with Kogan? 🧐

please update this app

if i suddenly run out of data it would be nice if the app worked correctly without wifi instead of having a delayed input response of two minutes

Really bad

I had to spend a long time to figure out how to cancel the automatic payment bc when i searched it up, they said just click the cancel button but there was nothing. I bought a voucher but it didn’t let me fill the code in.

Glitching

Everytime I go to recharge I scrolll down and the button I’m trying to press on goes away, it takes multiple tries to be able to actually recharge, app need updating it’s really annoying

Great service terrible app

Great coverage and everything but the app is terrible, if you run out of data while you’re out you can’t use the app to get more data. The app is very slow :(

One of the worst telco apps and it’s not even close

It’s a webpage wrapper. You can’t see the countries included in the international roaming pack because the drop down formatting is wrong, you can’t zoom in on the critical information summary so it’s difficult to read.

Glitch when changing payment methods

Been using Kogan mobile for almost 5 yrs however there’s a glitch where when you want to change payment methods the keyboard keep disappearing. Please fix it. It’s like I’m trying to give you money when trying to top up but your system screws it up so silly please fix. Or hire me as a software dev and I’ll fix it.

One of the worst apps

This app has genuinely got to be the worst of all time, it glitches, it doesn’t remember my card information and its almost impossible to actually buy a data pack, it’s like you guys hate money or something.

Not really showing data used in a clear way, only the Gb used after several days but no idea how many Kb or mb used, even after one day used it shows 1MB consumed using only browsing,,,,others telco company’s got a way better app to track data,, also, no many options, this app lacks lot of features, is pretty basic,,

I did turn off my phone cellular, but my phone used data still 1G increased. What’s amazing???

Can’t even pay for stuff

Was trying to purchase an add on data pack, but when I went to go put in my credit card details it wouldn’t even let me put my details in, it would keep glitching out and hiding the keyboard. I am literally trying to give you money and you won’t let me. Also please show exactly how much data I have left rather than rounding up to the nearest GB, it’s so annoying

5 stars only so they wont delete. An app would be so easy to program. This is nothing but a web portal, that forces you to sign in every single time, with an extremely glitchy ui. Having to reboot the app multiple times just to recharge my plan, because the text boxes are broken or the plan graphic continually resets so you can never progress to the next page. Just sloppy

Poor customer service

I just request for my eSIM to be reactivated.
It took me 2days by now. No such as customer service.

Complicated process and it took days to get response to each step.

No never suggest to others

Recharging is almost impossible

It’s the most buggy app I’ve ever used , it just needs one update please for the sake of humanity please , it crashes and buttons disappear like it’s wild

Useless

Stay away from these pelicans ! Over two weeks and still no SIM card delivery ??? Makes me wonder what I’m in for with there service if wen ever it starts. Simply hopeless !

Multiple Numbers

I find it so frustrating that I can’t view multiple numbers in one place. I have to log in and the log out and then log in to another account and the PIN number is having issues. Terrible app.
