Need to improve a lot

Chat to support kicks me out and asking to login again. Every time I log in and start chat on the browser, keep me waiting until I am logged out because of time out ! Why don’t you put Chat feature in the app ?

Statements and Transactions history are also sluggish.

So very slow

Every time you navigate it’s 10 seconds to load. Kind of sick of seeing the spinning circle!!! 🤣

Worst CC experience ever with nab

It was much better when the service was with citi bank. Since it was moved to nab, all user need to register new card at the beginning, and switch to a stupid web based app. Now people cannot activate a renewed card due to a system issue and the consultant cannot even provide an etc. I just have to wait forever for the issue and have to move all my auto repayment to another card. Don't use any CC with nab system in the background ever!

Need to improve

In the previous version, I could clearly see how much I had spent after making the minimum payments and paying off the outstanding balance. However, in the new version, there’s no way to track how much I’ve spent recently.

Doesn’t work

Couldn’t even login for the first few hours I tried because the app didn’t recognise the new password I had just set, and then I couldn’t verify my identity because it just didn’t send the 2 factor codes

Good app when compared to old one

Fails to show balance owing

New app looks ok. Doesn’t look to do anything significant that the previous one did.

Biggest issue I have is I can no longer see the balance owing from the previous statement, only the total amount. So if I have paid $1,000 off a balance of $2,000, $2,000 shows as owed instead of $1,000.

Too slow, much worse than old app

This app is too slow. It is webview and not done developed correctly. When tapping on a button you need to wait and be careful not to tap on anything else. The old Kogan money app was also webview but much better performance.Hey Kogan, you should be able to afford a proper native app, this cost saving is harming your reputation
