I downloaded this app as I’m a member went into the bar didn’t have my plastic card showed the gentlemen my digital card to which he started to berate me and say that’s only a trial that’s not live you shouldn’t have that.
How not to welcome existing members back
He couldn’t articulate what was wrong nor welcome me in.
