Kohler, I told her
You have employees that care, polite and honest. Thanks for the service!
Kcu app
Really nice and clear easy to read. Very clean
Good
Works great. Easy to use.
Go back to old system
I do not like this system, takes too long to get what you need
EXCELLENT LAYOUT
Everything brought forward to the main screen makes online banking even easier. Most likely for older folks that are not computer savvy. I appreciate all of your services, when it comes to banking. Remaining at the forefront with the latest innovations, and keeping your members informed on potential scams and latest updates! You deserve a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!

KCU Mobil App
Easy to use. I can find everything I’m looking for with no issues.
Poor connectivity
Does always open. Have to turn off my phone to get app to stop buffering
Nice
Very nice
Kohler App
I love it.
Quick and easy access to your account with great functionality
Quick and easy access to your account with great functionality! Great being able to safely see and manage my money.
Horrible customer service
Cannot hold ahold of anyone that knows what they are talking about
My Opinion
Transaction alerts don’t show the dollar amount, just that something has happened. Members shouldn’t have to write anything but their signatures on the back of checks. We should see all accounts on the landing page.
Always Glitches
With this new update, it’s been glitching at least once a day for me where I can’t log in. I have to actually shut off my phone and restart it in order for the app to work again.
Very easy to use
Mobile deposit and bill pay features are awesome! Don’t know what I’d do without them. Thank you!!
KCU app
I am very pleased with the KCU app. I find it’s easy to use and saves me a great amount of time. Thank you so much for making such a useful app. Michael Quasius
