Hate the format
The app appears on iPad screen as it would look on mobile phone. I hate having to scroll down to shop. Would prefer a full screen picture. Am deleting the app after I submit this review.
Newest app version won’t open
I have an iPad iOS 16.7.16. App Store tells me that an older version comparable with this iOS is available and downloads it. When I open the app it displays the message that I need to load the newer version. Like a dog chasing his tail. :-(. Been a loyal customer and app user for years. This sucks.

Orders being cancelled even when they are in stock
Items are in stock but they are getting cancelled. It happened multiple times and customer care doesn’t support much
Click-bait prices
I have Kohl’s cash to use and was in the clearance section. Nearly every single item in the list of clearance items was marked significantly lower than the price after clicking on the item. I found items with a $4-$5 swing in price! And some were listed as clearance but when you click on them for more info, they aren’t actually on clearance. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced strange things with the app. This kind of deceptive pricing makes me not want to shop Kohl’s, unless I’m actually IN the store. I don’t like using the app or online any longer.

Online pickup process needs work
My review is based on Kohl’s ordering process. I bought shoes and selected in store pick up. I waited nearly 1.5 weeks for them to arrive. When they arrived, Kohl’s only gave a 3-day window to pick them up. Well I was on vacation and could not pick them up. There should be at least a week pick up window or an option to extend the pickup time frame. I went the day after the pickup window expired and the shoes were no longer available for pickup nor were they on the shelf. Because of this whole process, you lost my business and I purchased this gift somewhere else for a higher price but with way more convenience

Scam
If you order something online at kohls they will charge you for the item if you do not pick it up. Customer service will not help you
Order tracking is terrible.
Online ordering is okay, though search leaves a lot to be desired. Once the order has shipped, especially with multiple items, you can’t see the status until you click into each item on the order. I also haven’t been able to find an actual invoice for the order that shows the total and discounts.

Return value
I am never able to find in my account what the actual price is that I was charged- the return value. I have to remember to take screen shots of the final order before placing it.

The barcode scanner is not accurate
I like the app because you can scan the items’ barcode. What I don’t like is that the price that the barcode scanner shows are not exactly accurate.
Kohl’s Rocks!!
I love Kohl’s and the Kohl’s app! It reminds me of old school department store shopping! You can get anything online and they apply eligible coupons and earned Kohl’s cash automatically to your account. When Kohl’s has a sale - it’s truly a sale, with real discounts!

Useful + Convenient App
I use this app a lot. I’ll grab things for the family when I’m thinking of it and then place an order when I have a coupon or when Kohl’s has a sale that makes it worth it. On a rainy day or in a waiting room, I have fun filling my basket, then narrowing my choices down later. For me, it’s far better than going to the store.

Sales Prices are not consistent
No ApplePay option during checkout
If using a credit card to check out, be prepared for a very frustrating experience. Wife and I tried to purchase rugs from Kohls and both of us, who are both very tech savvy, had problems. We ended up calling Kohls customer support to help us.

It’s all in the title. If I have to download an app and enable location services to see a price tag I’m straight up never walking into a store that does this. Ever again. Broken trust. You can’t even “undo” this with policy rollback and apologies IMHO.
