The best app
Very easy to understand and use. I can manage everything at one place. Sometimes it glitches but overall it’s a goods app.

I can’t get on there page because it keeps telling me to update which I have and tried to open it , then I deleted the app and re download it and it still tells me update my app , Hate this and if it not corrected I will delete it for ever. No I can’t even send it and it has been going on for a few months

Buyer Beware!
I just found out the hard way that the app automatically applies single use coupons, EVEN AFTER YOU UNTICK THEM. So if you plan to save your high value coupon for later, DO NOT make any purchases in the app first!
Kohls app upgrade
I shouldn’t need to upgrade my phone(which still works well) just because it will not support the 18.0 version of the Kohls app. I can no longer use the app on my phone to keep track of my rewards or coupons. Great job, Kohls.
Constantly Forcing Relogins Orders Getting Cancelled!
Really liked the prior app but was forced to downgrade into this utter mess. Almost every time open this junk it forces me to login again. Coupons do not scroll easily anymore as keeps trying to open scan. Then if enter kohls cash or a coupon it does not work.
When Knicks won championship after 53 years ordered shirt right away. Three days later cancelled order claiming out of stock when order June 13th. Beyond upset as ordered when posted. Had same thing happen several times even doing order that said would be ready in 2 hours to pickup shirt in Massapequa store. Then when check expecting ready to pickup get same lie out of stock. They did not refund my 10$ off order promo so was out ten dollars. Took several calls to customer service to get 10$ in fan cash. Then Knights Western Champ shirt took over a month as split shipment with lie about weather. Was lost in NJ without updates from like June 12th till July 13th when said June 16th on delivery. No info on tracking was lots of stress.
App seems slower had more ads that drain battery. Real slow to process orders as why went out of stock. Prior app never had item ordered go out of stock cancelled. New app had happen at least 3 times ruined my joy of Knicks champions in NBA.
The prior app only forced logins after doing in store pickups could easily see coupons or scroll. This loads like 300 baud modem when open. Then often makes me login again. Which is beyond annoying as dyslexic have nerve muscle spasms making it very difficult. Really thinking of deleting app next time tells to login. Anxiety just thinking of using app that would check everyday until the new one. Prior app only had a few issues before forced update. Went from one of best apps to worse than Lidl Plus. Apps like this is why dread using Iphone. As might take me 20 times to enter in my email without typo. Just thinking of opening app causes me anxiety or avoid doing for days or weeks. When see Kohls ad makes me think how much app lacks. Kohls Mom would not approve.

On the App you can keep track of in store and online purchases. You can pay your bill. You can know instantly what coupons and Kohl’s cash you have. You can decide if your store has items in stock for pickup. You can check prices on most items while shopping in stores! A very useful app. And your rewards ID is right at the top!

Issue updating the App
To Whom it may concern,
Unfortunately I tried to update the app, but it is stating that in order for me to update my system, it requires iOS version 18.0.
My iPad is only at version 16.0.
Now, I am unable to access your website with my iPad.
The company needs to develop a bridge in the App to still allow users to access their website with an earlier version iOS, otherwise, you will lose customers.

Sometimes when I place orders with Kohl’s I am unable to get exactly what I need or the items in my cart get deleted but this time around I not only purchased four pairs of capris and they are being delivered before vacation this week. Fastest service ever!

Forcing a credit card is dated
That’s why toys r us went out of business. Forcing people to get your brand card is extremely annoying. I’d rather shop elsewhere where I know I’d get the best deal

Kohlsl’s frequently has deals, benifits, etc. All of the great reasons you’d go in store, but you have it at your fingertips! I use Kohl’s a lot, and the app us great to be kept posted on deals and offers. So if you love shopping, whether that’s in person, online, and especially in general. You should 100% download the Khol’s app!

Where did my stuff go?
Had my cart full, filled out all my delivery/billing info, pressed the Place Order button and got an error message. And now my cart is empty. I don’t need any of that stuff bad enough to go through all that again
