Convenient
Ordering through the app helps me not miss out on using my coupons & Kohl’s cash. Especially for late night shopping when the stores are closed. I like that the coupons and Kohl’s cash is in one place. I like that I can scan Kohl’s cash into the app that I get from a return.
Choose ask not to track
I downloaded the app to get free shipping. The app ultimately did not work. I received a notification from Apple stating that the app had tracked my location 17 times over 2 days. I want even using the app. No reason to use this app.
Latest update is terrible!
Update is terrible! When sometimes trying to close a page, clicking on the x not work. And, checkout cart can be wonky. I changed a quantity of an items and it kept calculating as if the quantity had not changed. Irritating!
Boo technology
I can not update the app on my janky phone, so now I can not use my kohls app. Why do they force us to update?
Easy to Navigate
The Kohl’s app is easy to navigate. I can easily check on recent placed order and check my Kohl’s cash amount. It is also easy to shop from the convenience of my home or on the go.

Rat maze
I really like holes in their products when things are on sale, but I do not like the rat maze at the front of the store to get to the cash register or to get to returns it’s absolutely crazy to track people in like that!

Can’t update app
Apparently I don’t have a new enough phone to download the new update on the app. So now I have to do everything through the mobile version of the website on my browser and it’s TERRIBLE. It reloads for no reason when I’m scrolling down trying to read descriptions. It freezes up when trying to add items to cart. I’ve had to switch all my shopping to my desktop computer just to get a decent experience.

No longer an app!
You are telling me to update my Kohls app but I am unable to because I do not have a newer phone. I cannot use my app as it is blocked because of this. I called customer service and I was told they could not help me. Crazy as I cannot use my app anymore

It is much easier to choose filters like “coupon eligible” or “closeout” when I am looking for something fun to spend my Kohls cash on! Also easier to see how much Kohls cash I have! Five stars Kohls!!!

I love love, love this app, EXCEPT for the new sign in policy. I never had a problem with it before. But NOW it is SO aggravating because I am not used to it. I don’t get on right away and then I get bumped off please why?

Waste of my time
I went to the store and out of hundreds of shoes to choose from only three remotely were interesting and/or good quality. They had only the display size of course, so I had to download the app because it wouldn’t accept my card information even though I triple checked the information. Then it said to enter the information after it was already filled in. I still wasn’t able to order what I needed. I then walked around the store just browsing. The quality on a lot of items was low and everything was so cluttered and claustrophobic it would have been better to go to a thrift store. To add fuel to the fire, most of the store was filled with bland oatmeal colored items very little color then tried to give feedback on the website but unless you’ve purchased something, you can’t give feedback. I would have preferred to tell corporate directly, but that wasn’t an option either. Please fix this. Shopping at Kohls used to be fun. It’s not now
