Problems
I added money to my koin account and now it's just stuck there. Every time I try to add it to my players card it just says could not validate so I call customer support and they can't tell me anything and neither can the casino so the only money to my name is just stuck and nobody knows how to fix it? Wish I never used this. If u are thinking about using this I wouldn't even try it honestly horrible customer service.

Doesn’t work
I tried to register and it keeps telling me invalid address even thou I didn’t get to a point where I was able to enter an address. No customer support available.
Too new with lots of problems
Way to new and lots of stuff to workout. Customer service only available mon-fri est business hours for a app that is supposed to be catered for a casino that is operating 24/7. I’ve had to deal with customer service 3 times now after money just disappears once loaded onto app. They can see it loaded onto your account on their end but you can’t see it anywhere or access it. Terrible terrible experience.
