I can’t log on no matter what I do
I’ve tried to create an account with multiple emails multiple times, but it just says the same thing, ‘The same ID exists.’ Then I try to log in, and it says ‘No ID exists.’ I can’t even use it. I’m very disappointed as I’ve been recommended this app. Can I get some help?

Efficient System for Learning Korean
This app works wonderfully to help out people who are beginning to learn Korean! The teaching system is very engaging and helps you retain the information. Wonderful app!

Pretty Good
Overall I like the format of the app and the different textbooks offered. I especially liked how the app provides feedback to written work. The pronunciation assessment is a unique feature as well that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The app is also visually clean and simple to use.
I do however have several critiques:
1.) When using the feature to assess pronunciation of vocabulary, it would be great to have the translation of the word presented at the same time instead of going back and forth between pages to look up definitions.
2.) Although it’s neat, I’m not sure exactly what the lines labeled “me” and “native” represent when assessing pronunciation. I assume it’s intonation?
3.) It takes a while for the app to process my speech, making it a bit clunky to use. I am also not confident in its accuracy.
4.) It would be great if there was more practice with the Vocab words in the lessons, perhaps multiple choice questions or fill in the blank
5.) The structure is not the most friendly to new foreign learners. Explanation of grammar features are not given extensively aside from the examples. Also, there were a couple of typos and awkward phrases in the learner’s native language (mine being English).
6.) The word of the day is a neat feature but requires some foundation in Korean to read the explanation
