This app is not for the light hearted, you will be expending your valuable time, effort, and sanity just to figure it out. It’s so much time in fact that you could take up a new hobby
Terrible app. Doesn’t work. No support
I’m attending an event that is using this app for Covid test verification. The app isn’t reviewing the uploaded information and there is no user support. Beyond frustrating.
FLAWED
Wow this is a flawed app. Constantly get error messages when attempting to upload images. There’s no customer service line and they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. If you’re using this for entry to an event you’re screwed.
Rock bottom user experience
This app must have been designed by someone’s high school nephew. The user experience is absolutely terrible and makes no sense whatsoever. Sad that this product is a requirement in order to register for classes as community college. The terrible user experience is preventing me from completing the process of my class registration. Please for the love of students everywhere, hire a real UX designer and completely overhaul this piece of junk app. It’s completely useless and making college registration more difficult than it needs to be.
