Koldbore Field is the on-scene companion to the Koldbore desktop platform, built for officers and agency approving officials working counter-UAS operations. When something happens, the record should start at the scene — not hours later from memory. Koldbore Field captures the details while they're still accurate, then hands the file to the desktop app for completion and review. WHAT YOU CAN DO • ATC Notification — Log §124.11 activation and termination notices: action type, location, and photo evidence in a single pass. • Event Head-Start — Open a new event from the field with time and GPS pre-filled and the §124.3 trigger basis selected on site. • Sync Queue — Work with no signal. Submissions hold in a local queue and upload automatically when connectivity returns. • Officer Profile — Your agency, badge, role, and approving authority link automatically from department records and travel with every filing. BUILT FOR AGENCY USE • Agency-verified sign-in. Credentials are tied to your department, not a personal account. • Photo EXIF stripped on upload. • Offline-first, so nothing is lost when you're out of coverage. • Field entries flow into the desktop Koldbore app, where the full report is completed and reviewed.
