From there, you have two powerful recording options: Automated Attendance: Tap “Start Attendance” and let the AI listen as you call names. It automatically marks each student as Present, Late, Excused, or Absent, with time‑stamped accuracy. Manual Submission: Prefer the old‑school roll call? Switch to manual mode and record their status there. Once attendance is settled, switch over to Student Notes. Record spontaneous voice observations—behavioral notes, participation highlights, and our AI engine will convert your audio into clear, editable text.
