Waitlist for a long time
Why am I still in the waitlist? Isn’t this app allowed in the United States?

Got charged after canceling/deleting
Signed up for the free trial and immediately canceled the renewal so I wouldn’t forget about it. Didn’t like the app, deleted my account and the application itself…somehow still got charged. Very disappointing…

App doesn’t work for me
I was approved, the first day I could use the app. Now when I open the app, it just sits on the Kolo page and nothing happens….
Not working in US
Downloaded the app but doesn’t actually load once I enter my email. Maybe it doesn’t work in the US?
You’re on a waitlist
Excuse me, what?! You install the app, spend time to set up your profile and then you put on a waitlist for over a week? That’s ridiculous way to make the app feel exclusive. I waited over a week and deleted the app, because this isn’t what I installed it for
Good overall for now.
I’ve used it for a short while now and like to see the profile’s straight facts - whether they smoke, religion, etc. Although, I think people should be encouraged to add prompts. You will match more based on the facts and pictures, but then what interests do you share or how can you connect on a deeper level in the chat? Taking time to add prompts shows you’ve made an effort and will result in better conversations.
Speaking of the chat, there is a feature I believe is AI and it reads your messages and gives you generated prompts to send to the other person. This I would consider is a bit misleading. The person didn’t make the effort to translate a reply in your language, the app did. I value authenticity and honesty and prefer not to have this feature available at all.
The app also has a pop-up early on that asks you to rate it, but there is no way to delay this rating. Without being in the app for some time, how honest are these ratings?
Lastly, the basic membership is reasonable for now imo - there is a limited number of daily likes, etc.

Phone number bug
The app is great but when I select someone it ask me to link my number and when I try to the code never sends
More Filters Needed
Overall I like the app's functionality, but one suggestion would be to let users filter based on levels of culture, tradition, etc. These values were a big draw for me to join this app to begin with.
