New look alerts can’t be turned off way to many
I like the way it was before I might delete the app Channel 2 & 4 works much better now I use to like channel 8 the best but definitely not now!.

This app started out ok, But now you are required to view ads and watch ads before you can do anything else. Horrible!

Your app is basically worthless other than for the notification headlines. You click on the link and there is an ad for an app that you cannot X out. It’s bad enough that someone gets arrested for sexual assault, you click on the link, and the ad is brought to you by the Harris law firm. Just gives me the creeps. I wish there was a better way for me to get local news. I guess I’ll try and figure that out.

Just keeps going downhill. Ads are now mixed with news stories. Also, I don’t want a video, I want to read the news. Granted, most of KOLO’s news is opinion anyway. Time to find a new app for local news.

KRNV has accessibility adjusting. It reads my settings on my phone and matches them.

Thus app is difficult to use if you have low vision. There are 0 accessibility options

scam ads block usage
recently the ads you out up at the opening of the app are more irritating than ever: ads that autoplay loud audio and ads that don’t have close buttons. now the only ad that comes up when the app opens is one that appears to be a scam. nothing in the ad indicates who is advertising; instead the ad looks like a system update for android (on an apple device) and the only buttons are “open” and “close”. i will not use either button as it seems both would install software of unknown origin! i am deleting the app as it is now unusable!

OK, you guys asked for feedback. So I’ll give you some. Our family finds your app to be somewhat pleasing to the eye, but very difficult to navigate, and not very user-friendly. Would you consider revamping your app so that each section has a small explanation of what each icon stands for? For example, what is Colo cares, what is live stream? I also don’t see any section for traffic information. Perhaps this would help
