App will not connect to Komet. Tried numerous times and ways to fix the issue but unsuccessful. Komet customer support useless.

Not there yet.

07 Jan 2025: still have not received my Luminox KOMET yet; however, did get the Apple App Store notification regarding the app software. Downloaded it today.

The new app is like most attempts at apps used to control things. It is written to only be an iPhone app and thus runs on iPads with the lame 1x - 2x iPhone view on iPads. I find that iPhone apps running in iPhone mode are as incredibly screen challenged as it is on the small screens of an iPhone.

My rating will not move above 3 stars until it is written to run on an iPad in an iPad native mode. However, I realize this is just an initial release preceding my actual equipment and will probably be updated and upgraded as more users come on board.
